We would like a report that allows us to see when and by whom meetings are reserved and when and by whom meetings are deleted.

Add the ability to enable/disable booking mail notification per user
In user profile will be graceful have a flag to enable/disable mail notification about booking events, so that each user can choose what event will be notified in his/her mailbox.

Can the URL page be remembered and hidden in the mobile app? This way there will be less clicks when the users have to re-login on the mobile app.

Raise screen connection incidents to servicenow
Integration to report and raise incidents in service management software, to allow the reporting of screen connection issues to service now. The connect portal offers useful information but, many organizations do not have the capacity for staff to be checking for new reports in connecting manually. The overnight reports are useful however by the time business hours begin the issues the reports are already 5-6 hours out of date. Having an automated incident process assigned to the support team in real-time takes away the need for checking the portal throughout the day or relying on customers to call the helpdesk…

Add room setup to printout of a room in vendor management
Add room setup to printout document of a single Room in the 'All services' overview.
If we click on 'printer friendly version', the room setup is included in this printout. So why don't you include this on the printout of a single room ??

Visitor Details
Could the drop downs available for Purpose of Visit and Pass Type be adaptable, so each business can add in their own categories.
Currently
Pass Type only offers Contractor and External Visitor Purpose of Visit only offers Internal Visitor and External VisitorBoth fields are very limited and do not allow us to drill down on the types of visitors we have through the door or which types of passes are being requested most often.

Blind managed confirmed bookings, if amended drop off the grid
If a blind managed confirmed booking is amended by the end user the booking drops off the grid as it is in a "new and updated" status. This risks the original booked and confirmed room being assigned to another booking request.
It would be better for these bookings to stay on grid and show as pending.9 votes -

The condeco server should pickup the local customer time & date and not a UTC time for vendor management/logging.
We had that issue already discussed with the condeco technical support:
The timezone for logging/managing vendor things appears to be fixed as UTC time (according to the support) and not our local time zone.
Logging for print etc. are set to UTC time zone, which appears always as a different time than our local time zone. This need to be a consistent process for logging/managing the time zones server wide/account setting wise (!) and not for every part of the system…

Allow delivery requests over multiple days
Allow delivery requests over multiple days, atm you can only book items for one day.
If you want to book an article for more than one day (without booking a room), you have to do a separate booking every day (so f.e. 10 days = 10 separate bookings)

Align enterprise screen profile settings with Connect screen settings. We are losing some functionality when we switched over to Linux screens.
- Only the booking creator can action on the panel using RFID
- Restrict start meeting to host/requester is useless now
- Restrict end meeting to host/requester is useless now

Have a 'Start Meeting' Email reminder to the host 10 minutes after meeting has started if they have not started their meeting via the screen.

Add columns to "User requests"
There should be the possibility to add columns e.g. "Meeting Title" to the Requests view (Room Booking > Requests). This would help the administrators to prioritize meetings

Make the room set up field on the booking page mandatory
In order to ensure a set up is always entered or ammended in the 'set up' field on the booking page it should be mandatory to choose a set up before proceeding to the next page.

Mobile Apps does not display Desk Attribute
Mobile Apps is a very simple UI App for booking desk with no function such as reset password, change password etc.
However it is the prefer way of booking a desk as such we will like to see the desk attributes while booking a desk thru the mobile apps18 votes -
Automated Reports
It would be great to have an automated report function. Currently foor security purposes we run daily reports to see what visitor/staff/contractor passes have been signed back in each day and if any haven't.
This function would be useful for ALL other reports which are ran frequently also.

Waiting list for desks
At the moment if you aren’t successful in booking a desk for particular times in the future, you have to go back and check periodically to see whether people have released their desks, but it’s very time consuming and manual.
I wondered whether there could be some sort of ‘waiting list’ functionality set up whereby you can request a desk for your area for particular times and then as desks are released (due to cancellations) you receive a notification? Would save us from logging back on repeatedly etc.
