  3. People in my office are using this function when booking for guests. The problem is that the booking just says something like : John Smith. We don't know who has made the booking, who the person is and there's no mandatory fields like phone number or host. From a safety perspective not knowing who a random person is or who is responsible for them in the building is an issue.

  5. Allow the app to login using Azure SSO with user and device based authentication. This could be done directly through the Azure SSO app or using the Edge browser. The setting could be controlled by an admin with an app configuration policy that could also include the Condeco URL. This would allow for a few seamless user experience and a more secure login.

  6. For example, report all height adjustable desks, or all meeting rooms with video conferencing.
    Currently there is a need to maintain this information separately even though it is configured in the Condeco system.

  7. We want to be able to change the desk attribute from the floor plan, e.g. if you right click the green dot, as a global admin it would be helpful to change the attribute from this page, rather than locating via all the navigation menus.

  10. As an event approver, I would like to see the events waiting to be approved listed in the order that they were received and the timestamp of receipt so that I can provide accommodations to the event organizers that submitted requests first

    For Example
    Requests will be honored on a first come first serve basis. If two requests arrive requesting the event space for the same time, the request that was submitted first will be provided approval and the second request will be put on a waiting list.

  11. While there exists the ability to configure a custom NTP server for screens, the configuration options are available only once a screen has progressed to the point of being activated. A prerequisite to activating a screen is to be able to connect to an NTP server. Often customers use a hotspot to activate, then configure the NTP server before connecting the screen to the customer network. Some customers are unable to use hotspots and only have access to the restricted network.

  12. The Admin level for managing vendors is currently set to Global Admin, this is far too high and requires more people to have global access than necessary. . Can this level be reduced to Location Admin.

  16. Under User Management, it should be possible to select the option to create a user as either:

    - Form User

    - SSO User

    Why would we need this?
    While we are using SSO and MFA, we are not using HR Feed for user provisioning, which means we are relying on user imports done by Condeco.

    For first implementation this works fine, however, for adding any new user in our organisation requires us to reach out to Condeco.

    When our administartors are able to create a SSO user themselves we can onboard new users of Condeco much more efficiently.

  17. The results list when viewing desks booked for a colleague or future bookings is all grey scale. This makes it difficult to quickly identify days, or bookings - is if possible to add some color to this or look at the design to make this more visible rather than the all grey view as it is.

  18. It is quite clunky and manual to place desks on the floor plans once they are uploaded. Each Group needs to have the floorplan uploaded again, it does not take the one that has been uploaded for the floor originally. Can improvements be made to Floorplan admin side so this doesn't need to be done twice?

    Admins would also like the ability to move multiple desks at once instead of plotting one desk at a time.

  19. Admins would like to view all plotted desks for all the Groups on the floorplan at the same time. Currently there's no ability to view all the desks at once on the floor plan. Admins have to go into each Group individually to be able to see the plotted desks.

  20. A major blocker for a large portion of our company from using this is the inability to make recurring desk bookings. I know that a desk can be made "flexi", and released for others, but we have a situation where a group of, say, 50, is given 15 desks, and each person comes in 1 or 2 days a week.

    eg:
    John has desk 1001 on Mon/Tues
    Sam has desk 1001 on Wed
    David has desk 1001 on Thurs/Fri
