  1. If the room name and setup style is exceeding a certain limit of characters then the rest text will truncated and only be visible once cursor is hovered on it

    Please can the characters number be raised so that room names and setup appear at the same time?

    We use iPad's for the vendor screen and at the moment we cannot see setups. on

  3. While finding or booking a desk for a week, every time the User have to click on all days of the week if need to book for the entire week. Instead of that, we can have a book for entire week checkbox that automatically selects all days in a week, so that the User can book desk quickly in a single click for the week.

  4. Currently only the user who raised the private meeting can edit a private meeting title.

    Can administrators i.e. receptionist update headings.

  5. Unable to login to both web app and mobile app simultaneously? That' not not being able to access webmail or outlook desktop app and have outlook mobile app at the same time. Each time you login to one, it boots you out of the other?

  8. I've logged into Home and looking at the Search Results. It would be very helpful and nice if I could click on the Column Header and sort the information based on what I would like to see.

    Right now, I have to scroll through a massive room list and I still do not find my preference easily!

  10. It would be good if there was setting to enable us to use the panel as a display screen only. IE we don't want users to basically use the panel, we want it to be a display of the current meeting only and would therefore not not need the green time boxes/bar that you can click on to see next meeting or future dates.

  11. Hello,

    Is it possible to enable SSH / SNMP Access For Condeco Screens? I am trying to ingest these condeco screens into our hardware/device inventory management system called "Device42" and the preferred protocol is SSH/SNMP.

  12. When Catering marks a request as "Collected" it's filtered out into a different view, but if that change was made in error, there is no way to change it back from "Collected" to any of the other status options. Those status buttons should remain on the request window and Catering should have the ability to toggle between them.

  13. Hey,
    could you please consider adding a possibility to give a regular User the rights to start the Advanced Reports without administration rights ?
    Per design currently we can add the rights to access the Advanced Reports menu but cannot run the reports without admin rights.

  18. Integration to report and raise incidents in service management software, to allow the reporting of screen connection issues to service now. The connect portal offers useful information but, many organizations do not have the capacity for staff to be checking for new reports in connecting manually. The overnight reports are useful however by the time business hours begin the issues the reports are already 5-6 hours out of date. Having an automated incident process assigned to the support team in real-time takes away the need for checking the portal throughout the day or relying on customers to call the helpdesk…

  19. Add room setup to printout document of a single Room in the 'All services' overview.

    If we click on 'printer friendly version', the room setup is included in this printout. So why don't you include this on the printout of a single room ??

  20. Could the drop downs available for Purpose of Visit and Pass Type be adaptable, so each business can add in their own categories.

    Currently

    Pass Type only offers Contractor and External Visitor
    
    Purpose of Visit only offers Internal Visitor and External Visitor
    

    Both fields are very limited and do not allow us to drill down on the types of visitors we have through the door or which types of passes are being requested most often.
