Bulk upload option with CSV import would be a nice feature here. It can save lots of time setting up a floor

Give the ability to make anonymous on screen bookings and restrict End or Delete to PIN only
When setting up the screen profile, you can only set PIN required for End or Delete booking when Book is also set to PIN required.
Pin required should be able to be switched off so anonymous bookings can be made on the screen by users. You should have the ability to then set PIN required for End or Delete so this prevents any user ending or deleting other users bookings.

Stay logged in for longer
Condeco locks us out after a short period of time, can it keep up logged in all day? As the PAs especially use it all day!

Monthly view on the Vendor Dashboard
Would it be possible for the Vendors to view a month's worth of jobs and print these on the Vendor Dashboard so that they can plan appropriate resourcing.

Mobile app for the Vendor Portal
I'd like to see Condeco add a mobile app for the Vendor Portal. We have may staff that must stay a ****** of ever-changing room reservations and service needs. Having a mobile app that was designed to display and allow interaction from a smartphone while in the field away from a PC would be very helpful.
I realize the website can be accessed, but it can be challenging to navigate and use properly on a small phone screen. We find apps, when properly designed, just function better and would in this case benefit or mobile staff helping them to stay…
26 votesWe are looking at making the vendor dashboard responsive on a mobile or tablet. It will be a simplified UI and so not all functionality will be available in this view.

Please make meeting titles and visitor company name visible on the visitor management page so that reception teams can easily see all information in one place without having to resort to running several individual reports each day.

Prevent the time from resetting when I select a new Group from a search
When a new Group is changed on the Quick Room Search or Find a Room page it resets the time. This is because the other Group may have different business hours. However if my existing chosen time is within the newly selected Group's business hours, it should retain my selection.

Global list of user pins
The ability to extract the user pin codes into Excel.
From time to time we will be rolling out devices into offices where the system has never been available before, as a result once the room devices are in place, user can then register their staff passes against their user pins.
However for us to supply this we have to go into each individual account and get the pin.
It would be great to be able to either a) extract all user pins for our organisation, or even better b) the ability to extract user pins based on location.

Delete vendor contacts
Currently vendors that are no longer active simply become 'inactive' which makes the lists grow very long over time. Since for a vendor to be deleted there is a charge incurred, it would be great for admins to be able to delete profiles as vendors come and go.

To have a functionality for normal users to bulk upload visitors on the Attendees tab in booking from for uploading multiple external visitors at once. This can help clients in hosting category (like ATOS who outsource their workspace to their client to host events) with managing their workspace efficiently. As we are aware, this functionality is available to group admins or above only.

Alternative time
When booking multiple rooms. If Room A is free and is added to the booking but Room B is not free and you select Alternative times the Add-in should confirm that Room A is also free at this time.
In the event that multiple rooms/multiple locations are required this is crucial to a successful booking journey.

Add drop down for Zoom Conferencing info
It would be easier for our IT team to know what video conferencing ID we are using if we were able to add a Zoom ID field. It would also be easier for reporting to know who has had video conferences over the course of a month (or whatever range is selected)

Admin to give the rights for specified users to book further out
It would be useful for admin users to be able to grant special rights to specific users so that they are able to book further out than standard users- this would allows certain members of staff like PA's etc. to book desks before everyone else without opening up the booking grid for everyone.

View where any colleague is sitting in the building.
Some facility to view where someone is sitting, even if you cannot book a desk in that area. Currently you can't find a colleague's desk unless you can also book on that floor.

Stop a user or admin from to entering a duplicate service items for the same delivery time
When a user/admin enters duplicate service items for the same deliver time the system currently clubs them items together and adds the quantities together.
It would be better for the system to alert the user/admin they are entering duplicate items for the same delivery time and to change one of the duplicates to a different delivery time or delete the item.7 votes
