  1. Need to have the License information available to the admin users. It would be great to be able to pull available license count from this portal so that we do not run into license errors on the screens.

  2. We use RFID cards for multiple systems - door security, badging to get our print outs at printers, etc. They all pull the badge information from AD or from the door security database. App makes us register every card again which is very annoying

    I would like the badges to auto enroll and sync from an AD attribute instead of having to be manually enrolled each time.

  4. The number of licenses on an account / renewal date is currently not visible to customers. This is not desirable and has caused outages for us when there has been some error on adding new licenses to our account. We suggest this information should be visible on the Connect portal to assist with purchasing / licensing.

  5. Make user PIN available to view on connect portal & allow us to delete badges from a users account. When users update their badge for the RFID reader it would be better if we could make the change without involving the end user.

  9. In both the web and Outlook, (mobile) it would be helpful for the room image to be viewable in the search results, rather than having to click on a seperate icon to loan.

  10. One of our sites is interested in providing a self-service option for visitors, via some form of computer/kiosk, so on arrival the visitor can enter their name, and host's name, have their photo taken and print a pass.

  12. Recommendation feature for both 'Quick room search' and 'Find a Room'

    How it works:
    If there's no room available based on inputted search parameter(s), show the next best alternative date/time slots

    Reason:
    Meeting rooms, especially training rooms, in our organization is a scarce commodity.
    While it's possible to rely on e.g. advanced grid, it's much more efficient and convenient if the system can directly list alternatives upfront

  13. Indicate the meeting title and date/time in the confirmation pop up when deleting a booking in the grid.

    It happens that admin right click on the wrong appointment in the advanced grid and delete the wrong booking.

  15. Users misbehaving and starting their meetings remotely from the web, outlook add-in or mobile.

    Admins should have the option to disable this feature and force users to physically be at the screen to check in.

    (Mobile check in only via proximity - bluetooth beacon)

  16. Using the outlook plugin we should have the opportunity to copy a meeting which was held in the past and use it for a future appointment.

  17. Typically when a user taps their card in/out the colour changes.

    We would like a message or icon (such as a sand timer) on the screen after a user touches their card on the desk to make it obvious to the user that it is in a loading stage

    This would help those with colour blindness.

  18. It would be really good to have a pop up at say 5 mins after your room booking has started to remind bookers to activate their room. Most of the time its PAs that book multiple rooms in any given day and this helpful reminder would be very useful :)

  19. Report for deleted rooms. I could not find a report on rooms that we deleted. I felt that it should be a standard report to list rooms that were deleted with detail such as
    1. Date Deleted
    2. Room Name
    3. Occupancy
    4. Location
    5. Facilities/Equipment in the room
    6. Booking from date of deletion.

    This is for record purposes.

  20. Currently for managed bookings, when using the 'All' filter, a request that was approved and then updated shows the word 'New' in grey but we want it to be a different ‘new’ than the ‘new’ items that haven't been updated as these are more urgent and will stop users losing the room.

    As it is updated and was previously approved it needs to be actioned before it is missed.

    This view and filtering is of particular importance for managed and blind managed room requests. For companies with many requests in the queue with a busy estate of managed rooms this…
