  1. We would like a feature that we could set a limit on to block/suspend a user for X amount of days from booking appointments after they have X amount of no shows.

    Currently we have a 20% of meeting No Shows shown in the dashboard. We would like to advise users that if they have X no shows in an Y day period, hey will be automatically suspended or blocked from booking meetings for Z days. (X, Y & Z is configurable to admins within the Connect portal).

    This would promote a better respect behaviour to our meeting rooms and…

  3. If you have selected a freely bookable room, you only get freely bookable rooms as an alternative.

    it's the same the other way around.

    managed room in the appointment, only managed rooms appear in the selection.

    This is also limited of VC choices. You should be able to select ANY room as an alternative.
    This also includes selecting a room in a different location/floor if necessary.

  4. We have several apps which control our meeting rooms and show in our dashboard. We wish to get statistics for the meeting room usage for only 9am to 5pm on Monday through to Friday (our office opening times) but it seems that the statistics are for 12 hours a day and 7 days per week. Please can you enable a feature to be able to select the days of the week and time per day so that the statistics can match our office opening hours and do not skew the data? Thanks

  5. I can Bulk-Upload users to the web portal, however I cannot update/delete users this way - e.g. when a RFID card changed, the user changed his/her name or a user has left the organization.
    So there is either an update/delete existing users missing (e.g. via a delete user flag) or a "bulk delete non-admins" button.

  6. Need to have the License information available to the admin users. It would be great to be able to pull available license count from this portal so that we do not run into license errors on the screens.

  7. We use RFID cards for multiple systems - door security, badging to get our print outs at printers, etc. They all pull the badge information from AD or from the door security database. App makes us register every card again which is very annoying

    I would like the badges to auto enroll and sync from an AD attribute instead of having to be manually enrolled each time.

  9. The number of licenses on an account / renewal date is currently not visible to customers. This is not desirable and has caused outages for us when there has been some error on adding new licenses to our account. We suggest this information should be visible on the Connect portal to assist with purchasing / licensing.

  10. Make user PIN available to view on connect portal & allow us to delete badges from a users account. When users update their badge for the RFID reader it would be better if we could make the change without involving the end user.

  14. In both the web and Outlook, (mobile) it would be helpful for the room image to be viewable in the search results, rather than having to click on a seperate icon to loan.

  15. One of our sites is interested in providing a self-service option for visitors, via some form of computer/kiosk, so on arrival the visitor can enter their name, and host's name, have their photo taken and print a pass.

  17. Recommendation feature for both 'Quick room search' and 'Find a Room'

    How it works:
    If there's no room available based on inputted search parameter(s), show the next best alternative date/time slots

    Reason:
    Meeting rooms, especially training rooms, in our organization is a scarce commodity.
    While it's possible to rely on e.g. advanced grid, it's much more efficient and convenient if the system can directly list alternatives upfront

  18. Indicate the meeting title and date/time in the confirmation pop up when deleting a booking in the grid.

    It happens that admin right click on the wrong appointment in the advanced grid and delete the wrong booking.

  20. Users misbehaving and starting their meetings remotely from the web, outlook add-in or mobile.

    Admins should have the option to disable this feature and force users to physically be at the screen to check in.

    (Mobile check in only via proximity - bluetooth beacon)
