  1. For each booking it would be useful (and very helpful) to get visibility of the booking history.

    Similar data to this is included in a booking trace via the SaaS team when requested, but this information could be easily formatted and presented via the application, so people understand what has happened to the booking during its lifecycle.

    Details such as:
    1. What was changed in a booking
2. Quantity (if applicable)
3. Changes to the service item times
4. When the booking was created
5. Who created the booking and when
6. Who modified the booking and what did they do

  2. The key objective is to get better visibility of where everyone is working

    Right now, one must log into the application and either start the booking process, or use the find a colleague option to see where folks are sitting. There is no simple quick view / link we can provide users with to see where people are sitting.

    Furthermore, once the map is loaded, you need to mouse over each location to see who is actually sitting in a specified location. We find out users constantly walking around trying to locate where people are sitting because the process of…

  3. Add an overview for delivery request where we can see in total what kind of equipment or supplies are available right now (i.e. the total available amount of items and the amount which is left).

  4. While some users like the confirmation emails, others apparently do not and feel it's just cluttering their mailbox. Is it possible to add a user profile setting that would enable/disable the sending of emails to that user?

  5. Excluding Saturdays and Sundays when catering items.

    All catering needs to be requested 24 hours in advance.The system thinks the weekend (Saturday & Sunday) are working days, so if you want to request catering for Monday, this can be done until Sunday morning instead of Friday morning. Is it possible to change it in the system

  6. In app setup -> groups, the groups are listed in alphabetical order. When editing in app setup -> resources, this is not the case. Can the group list please be sorted there as well? Currently the order is their creation date.

  7. When the vendor receives a new booking, he can only take charge of it (accept, on its way ...), but he can't refuse it (for exemple if the informations are wrong, if an article is temporary unavailable ...).
    Currently the administrators can refuse the booking of a room with an explanation sent by email. Can we do the same thing for catering ?

  9. On several occasions screens have not immediately responded to the pressing of the 'Check in' button and users have pressed it several times and accidentally pressed 'End' and immediately ended their meeting. Consider moving the 'End' button, delaying the toggle from 'Check in' to 'End' or - and probably the best option - add an 'Are you sure?' confirmation when pressing the 'End' button.

  10. If room capacity is known (i.e. Exchange supports this attribute of a room mailbox) then add a feature to optionally show room capacity on screens. A small icon with capacity overlaid would suffice and not take up too much space on the screen.

  12. When booking a recurring meeting with equipment - if one of the recurrences cannot be accommodated because the room is already booked - the list of alternative rooms includes those where the equipment it not allowed. if the user selects that room (maybe not realising) the booking is still saved, the equipment is not added but the user is not given any warning that the equipment hasn't been booked for that recurrence.

    For example, you can book a projector for Room 1 but not Room 2
    User makes a recurring booking for Room 1 with a projector.

  14. Ability to disable single Days for the calculation of Cut-Off Times. I.e. if the Vendor doesn't work on Weekends, the Cut-Off Times are only calculated for the Day's Mon thru Fri.

  15. Vendors are logged out too fast, and when an iPad is displayed in a common area like a kitchen for instance, the user (Chef) may not always be around to refresh and re-login. There should be the possibility of determining up to an 8-hour period of time before logging out vendors.

  16. As an admin, when I am not in front of my computer I cannot look at the advanced grid or perform and admin tasks. We were led to believe this capability was going to be in the first release of the app when we first signed on but are still waiting. This is a crucial aspect for our usability on a daily basis.

  18. When a visitor is "arrived" on the system, ALL internal attendees should get the notification email not just the host. Most of our hosts are partners and they would not be impressed to have to email all of their colleagues when a visitor arrives. When reception are busy it is very annoying and time consuming to have to email the other internal staff separately.

  19. When a desk period is set to ‘weeks’, there is an option to ‘ignore weekends’. We would like this option to apply when the advance period is set to ‘days’ as well.

  20. Currently in email confirmations for recurring bookings it only displays the original Booking ID but does include all recurring dates.

    As each booking has its own Booking ID it would be nice to include it next to each date of the recurring date.
