  1. Using the outlook plugin we should have the opportunity to copy a meeting which was held in the past and use it for a future appointment.

  2. Typically when a user taps their card in/out the colour changes.

    We would like a message or icon (such as a sand timer) on the screen after a user touches their card on the desk to make it obvious to the user that it is in a loading stage

    This would help those with colour blindness.

  3. It would be really good to have a pop up at say 5 mins after your room booking has started to remind bookers to activate their room. Most of the time its PAs that book multiple rooms in any given day and this helpful reminder would be very useful :)

  4. Report for deleted rooms. I could not find a report on rooms that we deleted. I felt that it should be a standard report to list rooms that were deleted with detail such as
    1. Date Deleted
    2. Room Name
    3. Occupancy
    4. Location
    5. Facilities/Equipment in the room
    6. Booking from date of deletion.

    This is for record purposes.

  5. Currently for managed bookings, when using the 'All' filter, a request that was approved and then updated shows the word 'New' in grey but we want it to be a different ‘new’ than the ‘new’ items that haven't been updated as these are more urgent and will stop users losing the room.

    As it is updated and was previously approved it needs to be actioned before it is missed.

  6. As of now, admins can't see the title of a private meeting. Our receptions are admins (Any admin from Country admin up to Global admins) should be able to see the meeting title.

  7. At the moment it is only possible for the organizer/host to start/end meetings on the screen with transponder card.

    The other possibility would be to allow everybody to start meetings without authentication.
    It would make sense to implement the possibility of authentication by transponder card for every user synced to the system (Example: Personal assistant has booked the room)

    The development of this feature is currently underway and we expect to be able to release it during Q4 2020.

    The authentication of the card and the permissions of the holder will be pushed to the calendar service.

    Assuming the card holder has permission to Start/Stop the meeting, then the screen will allow it.

  8. The problem is that from screen perspective the Setup time counts as Meeting time.

    If the Setup time of a room is defined "15 minutes" and meetings in general are cancelled after 15 minutes without starting them on the screen, they will be cancelled at the moment when the meetings normally start.

    By now the only solution is to set the time after which the meetings are cancelled automatically to e.g. 25 minutes - if a meeting requires a setup time of 30 minutes it will be cancelled all the same.

  9. At the moment we are having to give Vendors Location Administrator rights so they can update bookings.
    It would be good if there was a vendor level in the user permissions so that they are restricted to being only able to update facilities for which service group they belong (IE catering can only update catering items nothing else)

    We are also having to give Vendors location admin permissions for other locations as when a booking is connected they need this level of access so they can update their home location booking.
    The issue here is other locations do not want…

  10. There should be an option to turn off time out when admin users are not interacting with the web portal.

    Currently when an admin user is away from the desk for over 30 mins, the user is forced to close the connection and relogin which can be time consuming if a user needs to find info quickly from the portal.

  11. The app uses Chrome tabs to launch the Mobile desk booking app and our request is- is there a scope of developing an app which uses Microsoft Edge browser to launch Desk and Room Booking.

    If Chrome is not installed on users mobile it will not launch as of now.

  12. For each booking it would be useful (and very helpful) to get visibility of the booking history.

    Similar data to this is included in a booking trace via the SaaS team when requested, but this information could be easily formatted and presented via the application, so people understand what has happened to the booking during its lifecycle.

    Details such as:
    1. What was changed in a booking
2. Quantity (if applicable)
3. Changes to the service item times
4. When the booking was created
5. Who created the booking and when
6. Who modified the booking and what did they do

  13. The key objective is to get better visibility of where everyone is working

    Right now, one must log into the application and either start the booking process, or use the find a colleague option to see where folks are sitting. There is no simple quick view / link we can provide users with to see where people are sitting.

    Furthermore, once the map is loaded, you need to mouse over each location to see who is actually sitting in a specified location. We find out users constantly walking around trying to locate where people are sitting because the process of…

  14. Add an overview for delivery request where we can see in total what kind of equipment or supplies are available right now (i.e. the total available amount of items and the amount which is left).

  15. While some users like the confirmation emails, others apparently do not and feel it's just cluttering their mailbox. Is it possible to add a user profile setting that would enable/disable the sending of emails to that user?

  16. Excluding Saturdays and Sundays when catering items.

    All catering needs to be requested 24 hours in advance.The system thinks the weekend (Saturday & Sunday) are working days, so if you want to request catering for Monday, this can be done until Sunday morning instead of Friday morning. Is it possible to change it in the system

  17. In app setup -> groups, the groups are listed in alphabetical order. When editing in app setup -> resources, this is not the case. Can the group list please be sorted there as well? Currently the order is their creation date.

  18. When the vendor receives a new booking, he can only take charge of it (accept, on its way ...), but he can't refuse it (for exemple if the informations are wrong, if an article is temporary unavailable ...).
    Currently the administrators can refuse the booking of a room with an explanation sent by email. Can we do the same thing for catering ?

  20. On several occasions screens have not immediately responded to the pressing of the 'Check in' button and users have pressed it several times and accidentally pressed 'End' and immediately ended their meeting. Consider moving the 'End' button, delaying the toggle from 'Check in' to 'End' or - and probably the best option - add an 'Are you sure?' confirmation when pressing the 'End' button.
