  1. It would be good to allow the vendor manager to reset or go back a step to change the status of items on the dashboard
    Sometimes the vendor has made an error and changed the status of the wrong room ie delivered and then can't change back to in-progress etc.

  2. When a user bookings multiple rooms only the primary room is showing (if it is part of a linked room booking) on the vendor dashboard and the web portal. All meeting rooms booked should be displayed.

  4. If you have a lot of service items it is very time-consuming to remove or add rooms.

    You’ll need click through all the single items to add or remove it from the availability list.

    Is there a way existing services such as the location of the room can be displayed on the room admin page (similar to the attributes on the righthand side).

    Depending on the location selected this list would vary.

    This would make it easier to add or remove (tick/untick) services to a particular room without having to go to all the single service items

  5. Some of the date picker example inconsistency.

    On Find Bookings, when changing the From Date to a different date, the To date does to not update to be the same as the From Date.

    However on the Find a Visitor under visitor management, when you change the From Date to a particular value, the To date updates to be the same.

    Get the control consistency the same across the application. The same goes with the date picker style (some date pickers have the day of the week starting on a Sunday, while others have it starting on a Monday). It…

  6. When in resource editor (specifically meeting rooms, but I would assume others as well), when you select a location then edit a resource, it remembers the selected location. If you select a location and a floor, it forgets the floor every time you edit a resource. Please have it remember the floor selection as well.

  7. Incorporate survey after the meeting is over Staff should be able to provide the feedback about the room on the functionality of Projector, Plasma TV, Round Table, conference equipment, etc

    This will help IT to improve the user experience in these meeting rooms

    Example:
    1. Feedback Email / form to be sent our once the meeting is over.
    2, Feedback form hosted on Condeco screens at the end of the meeting.

  9. Add visitor company as selection field to room booking report. Currently there is only a list of internal and external visitors without any additional information. The visitor report does not display enough Information to identify the related meeting (room, title, host) and is therefore not usable for our reception team.

  10. When our admin teams perform frequent actions such as moving a room from one group to another or copying a booking from one place to another there is currently no functionality to stop emails going out to the host (i.e. the holder of the original booking).

    My team is swap rooms around frequently and sometimes place it back in the original room

  11. The Time Out value needs to be removed from the Vendor Dashboard as monitoring this from a Video Wall, seeing a pop up every 5 mins asking to log back defeats the object of this purpose!

  12. When editing desks on page 5 (for example), it would be a lot easier if the system would then take me back to page 5 once I've edited a desk. At the moment, every time I edit a desk I get taken back to the first page when I come out of the desk I've just edited. We have 14 pages of desks so it's getting a little bit confusing and is taking longer than it should

  13. Essentially a full audit log for users and admins to get transparency on what happened to the booking.
    We would like a way to ensure all admin actions can be tracked which is a security risk as any malicious action is untraceable. It also allows us to know who to inform when accident changes happen

  15. Currently, the "Find bookings" functionality is only available for Admin profile, but this functionality can also help "normal users" to find a booking directly by the host name or id.

  16. Users should have the option to hide the bookings they have booked on behalf of others, and only view the Desks booked for them, and Rooms where they are the Host or Requestor, Currently, the Home/Today screens for users who frequently book on behalf of others (Assistants / Receptionists) are crowded and difficult to separate personal bookings and bookings for others.

  17. When a vendor receives a booking modification email, they do not know what changes were made to the booking - if the change could be highlighted in the email it would make it possible for them to figure out what changed. This is an extremely important feature for our catering team.

  18. I would like to have check boxes for Catering Items and IT Equipment so a user does not need to add one item at a time. Example would be Water, Soda, Coffee a check box next to each item and that gets added to the room booking instead of having to add Water, then add coffee. etc. Do this for all catering items same for IT Equipment. if a user books a room they want to be able check off a laptop, projector, screen, Video Conference instead of having to add them one at a time.

  19. It would be good for End Users to see the floor number or group name in the Your Bookings list for Blind Managed Groups. We have many floors in the building and several of the Groups are Blind Managed.

  20. We would like to be able to specify parameters/fields which are required for our general staff to populate when they are booking the room. Then our Meeting Planning staff will be fully informed as to how to service the event(s).
