  2. Ability to create roles within the system that user profiles can be assigned. That doesn't require going into individual user accounts to apply permissions.

  3. Currently you can only have one pass template, different locations and building and entities within organisation have varying requirements for visitor passes.

    It would be beneficial to have the ability to have more then one template available to select.

  4. All fields should be searchable rather than a combination of those fields.

    In some cases, if an admin accidentally deletes the booking, it would be good to be able to search for just cancelled requests / deleted bookings on a given

    ***From Merged Idea:

    I want to be able to confirm if bookings have been scheduled for an individual for a 12 month period in the past/future.

    This makes it easy to say “These are the dates you scheduled, and these are the rooms you are in”

    Everyday users don’t know the exact date and usually give a rough date…

  5. We would like the HR feed to create new user accounts when only there is a new username (CommonID). Currently the HR feed creates new user account when there is a combination of new username and ADGUID. The current system by design is flawed as we have cases where people will be rehired and will have a new ADGUID but the same username (CommonID) hence creating duplicate user accounts. When a user has duplicate user accounts they will get errors and will not be able to complete bookings in the application. We currently have a non-ending effort to constantly clean-up…

  6. Currently, if a vended item is not available or if the request from the user cannot be met, the vendor must contact the user directly to cancel the item.

    Vendors should be able to reject a catering request and provide direct feedback (through an email) to the user as to why it was rejected.

  10. When you have an event/meeting with a lot of visitors, you currently have to add them manually. This can be very annoying if you have an event with over 30 visitors.

    Only admin can upload a list of users and they cannot possibly do this for every user request so they ask us to do it manually.

    We need a better way to import them into a meeting instead of manually typing them in which is very time-consuming at the moment

  11. When a room is booked and later requires amending, users are restricted to choosing a different room in the same location and group. Users are currently not able to change the current room booked to another room that is in a different location

  14. When making a booking in Outlook, when you enter the details into the Condeco section and add services it automatically adds a set up time. Can the system notify the user if the meeting is clashing with another due to the set up time required? At the moment you enter in all the details and when you click "Book" or "Request Now" - only then will it say that the room is unavailable. Users have to cancel or delete all their work and create another booking which again hopefully will not then clash with another meeting.

  15. I would like the ability to download an Outlook Calendar item (i.e. an ICS file) from the booking form so that it will be easy to get the booking details into our Outlook calendar.

    There is an ICS attachment feature but it is only available to the host, requestor and attendees.

    If a receptionist wants to add the booking onto Outlook they have to create new meetings in their calendar.

  18. Not all email templates are customisable.

    For example, the activation of a suspended user cannot be customised. This causes significant issues for SSO customers because the URL and instructions cause more confusion.

    Allow for the customization of ALL possible emails coming from Condeco.,

  19. A. Most of our Executive Assistants will have the booking grid open

    1. Web browser on one screen,
    2. Outlook calendar Add-In in another screen

    They will constantly switch between the two when lining up meetings – particularly when trying to book series

    B. Concierge and room meeting coordinators only use the Condeco portal (they do not use the Outlook Add in).

    On one window they will have the Visitors list opened and on another list, they will have the booking grid open and will constantly move between the two

    The impact here of this change is they have to constantly sign…
