  1. We would like to have the ability to run a Banquet Event Order report (BEO).

    BEO is an industry standard report used in hotels, conference centers, and banquets facilities.

    The report should be specific to ONE event or booking ID and contains ALL details associated with that event.

    It should include meeting name, date time location, contact info (host, requester, assigned responsible staff) and all resources or services requested, including item notes, separated by category, formatted to one document (can be multiple pages).

    We should be able to choose which categories to include in the printout. This should be accessible…

  2. We use the HR Feed to set permissions in Condeco via Active Directory but would still like to be able to manually set permissions for users beyond that.

    Currently, when a user has a manual permission set in Condeco, if a change occurs in Active Directory permissions are re-synced at the next run of HR Feed. This removes the manual permission set in Condeco.

    We would like the HR Feed to ignore permissions for users that have manual been set as "manual"

  4. All the Internal attendees should received email upon the arrival of external visitor.

    And, the current issue is that when receptions are moving rooms reservation, only the host and meeting requestor are receiving meeting updates.

    When a room is moved by the reception, all attendees should receive an Outlook appointment update in their calendar so they have the details about the new room reservations when opening their Outlook invitation.

  5. Currently troubleshooting connect screens is not as easy as it could be.

    It would be great if we could sync connect V2 screens to the laptops to see screen logs files to identify and diagnose screen performance issues.

  6. Linked rooms should have their own room attributes associated to the linked rooms, i.e. VCU. Would like the ability to attach photograph to the linked rooms as well.

  9. We have requirement to integrate Resource booking room booing facility with one of our Chat bot. Basically, we are looking for if we can take user data from chat bot and feed it to RB using API/web service to make booking on behalf of end users

  10. Our IT and Catering staff are both users and vendors. They currently need to have multiple logins to perform all of their activities. Allow assigning a regular user to a vendor, then merge the vendor portal as a new section of the web app instead of its own separate one. That way a user can pick if they're booking a room or managing services.

  11. Multiple clients have requested for the introduction of a smart search//lookup for the cost code field.

    One of our law firm clients has over 10k costs codes with 15 unique characters in length. Due to the length of the cost codes, there is a high possibility of user error, therefore a smart search would help reduce user error.

    The client would like there to be a smart/contextual similar to smart search on the Host/Requestor fields.

    This is a key requirement for the client and I believe it would benefit many other clients who heavily use Cost Codes.

  12. The Number of guests per booking is limited to seat capacity – However we are able to add extra chairs to a booking therefore capacity increases – We are now unable to increase endless number of visitors as this will only reflect the number of guests in the booking – Global admin are allowed to manually input any number of visitors to a booking – Due to the way in which we operate we need ALL local admin and global admin to be able to manually enter visitor numbers .

  15. Ability to create roles within the system that user profiles can be assigned. That doesn't require going into individual user accounts to apply permissions.

  16. Currently you can only have one pass template, different locations and building and entities within organisation have varying requirements for visitor passes.

    It would be beneficial to have the ability to have more then one template available to select.

  17. All fields should be searchable rather than a combination of those fields.

    In some cases, if an admin accidentally deletes the booking, it would be good to be able to search for just cancelled requests / deleted bookings on a given

    ***From Merged Idea:

    I want to be able to confirm if bookings have been scheduled for an individual for a 12 month period in the past/future.

    This makes it easy to say “These are the dates you scheduled, and these are the rooms you are in”

    Everyday users don’t know the exact date and usually give a rough date…

  18. We would like the HR feed to create new user accounts when only there is a new username (CommonID). Currently the HR feed creates new user account when there is a combination of new username and ADGUID. The current system by design is flawed as we have cases where people will be rehired and will have a new ADGUID but the same username (CommonID) hence creating duplicate user accounts. When a user has duplicate user accounts they will get errors and will not be able to complete bookings in the application. We currently have a non-ending effort to constantly clean-up…

  19. Currently, if a vended item is not available or if the request from the user cannot be met, the vendor must contact the user directly to cancel the item.

    Vendors should be able to reject a catering request and provide direct feedback (through an email) to the user as to why it was rejected.
