Remove Time Out Value for Vendor Dashboard
The Time Out value needs to be removed from the Vendor Dashboard as monitoring this from a Video Wall, seeing a pop up every 5 mins asking to log back defeats the object of this purpose!

When editing desks it would be a lot easier if the system would take me back to the page I'm on rather than take me back to the beginning
When editing desks on page 5 (for example), it would be a lot easier if the system would then take me back to page 5 once I've edited a desk. At the moment, every time I edit a desk I get taken back to the first page when I come out of the desk I've just edited. We have 14 pages of desks so it's getting a little bit confusing and is taking longer than it should

Log all the actions of admin users
Essentially a full audit log for users and admins to get transparency on what happened to the booking.
We would like a way to ensure all admin actions can be tracked which is a security risk as any malicious action is untraceable. Provide "Find bookings" functionality to all profiles
Currently, the "Find bookings" functionality is only available for Admin profile, but this functionality can also help "normal users" to find a booking directly by the host name or id.

Give users the option to hide on "Home" and "Today" page bookings that have been made on behalf of others
Users should have the option to hide the bookings they have booked on behalf of others, and only view the Desks booked for them, and Rooms where they are the Host or Requestor, Currently, the Home/Today screens for users who frequently book on behalf of others (Assistants / Receptionists) are crowded and difficult to separate personal bookings and bookings for others.

Highlight changes that were made in the booking modification emails
When a vendor receives a booking modification email, they do not know what changes were made to the booking - if the change could be highlighted in the email it would make it possible for them to figure out what changed. This is an extremely important feature for our catering team.

Check boxes for Catering Items and IT Equipment instead one adding 1 item at a time.
I would like to have check boxes for Catering Items and IT Equipment so a user does not need to add one item at a time. Example would be Water, Soda, Coffee a check box next to each item and that gets added to the room booking instead of having to add Water, then add coffee. etc. Do this for all catering items same for IT Equipment. if a user books a room they want to be able check off a laptop, projector, screen, Video Conference instead of having to add them one at a time.

It would be good for End Users to see the floor number or group name in the Your Bookings list for Blind Managed Groups. We have many floors in the building and several of the Groups are Blind Managed.

Ability to make fields mandatory for staff to fill in when booking rooms
We would like to be able to specify parameters/fields which are required for our general staff to populate when they are booking the room. Then our Meeting Planning staff will be fully informed as to how to service the event(s).
Desired fields:
Waitstaff Needed: yes/no (required)
Food Service Needed: yes/no (required)
AV Support Needed: yes/no (required)
MPE Planner Needed: yes/no (required)

Ability to run a Single Event Detail (Banquet Event Order) report
We would like to have the ability to run a Banquet Event Order report (BEO).
BEO is an industry standard report used in hotels, conference centers, and banquets facilities.
The report should be specific to ONE event or booking ID and contains ALL details associated with that event.
It should include meeting name, date time location, contact info (host, requester, assigned responsible staff) and all resources or services requested, including item notes, separated by category, formatted to one document (can be multiple pages).
We should be able to choose which categories to include in the printout. This should be accessible…

Desk attributes in the mobile app
It would be nice to see the Desk Attributes in the Mobile app as well similar to what shows up in the Kiosk List view.

Add internal attendees email as an email template tag
All the Internal attendees should received email upon the arrival of external visitor.
And, the current issue is that when receptions are moving rooms reservation, only the host and meeting requestor are receiving meeting updates.
When a room is moved by the reception, all attendees should receive an Outlook appointment update in their calendar so they have the details about the new room reservations when opening their Outlook invitation.

Ability to Sync Connect screen to PC to see screen logs files and diagnose screen performance issues
Currently troubleshooting connect screens is not as easy as it could be.
It would be great if we could sync connect V2 screens to the laptops to see screen logs files to identify and diagnose screen performance issues.

Linked room to have their own attributes.
Linked rooms should have their own room attributes associated to the linked rooms, i.e. VCU. Would like the ability to attach photograph to the linked rooms as well.

Can we build a small API/web service which interact with chat bot, take user inputs and book rooms on their behalf.
We have requirement to integrate Resource booking room booing facility with one of our Chat bot. Basically, we are looking for if we can take user data from chat bot and feed it to RB using API/web service to make booking on behalf of end users

Allow regular users to be Vendors
Our IT and Catering staff are both users and vendors. They currently need to have multiple logins to perform all of their activities. Allow assigning a regular user to a vendor, then merge the vendor portal as a new section of the web app instead of its own separate one. That way a user can pick if they're booking a room or managing services.

Cost Code Smart Search
Multiple clients have requested for the introduction of a smart search//lookup for the cost code field.
One of our law firm clients has over 10k costs codes with 15 unique characters in length. Due to the length of the cost codes, there is a high possibility of user error, therefore a smart search would help reduce user error.
The client would like there to be a smart/contextual similar to smart search on the Host/Requestor fields.
This is a key requirement for the client and I believe it would benefit many other clients who heavily use Cost Codes.
