Meeting Notifications - Wording for the 5 minute reminder
Condeco release notes:
"We've added a new option to the meeting reminder on the booking form. You'll now be able to select 'just before meeting start' to get a reminder about 5 minutes before your meeting starts."This is a good idea however it would make more sense if the wording was "5 minutes before meeting start".

Prevent users from deleting catering in bookings within a set period of time
Would be great if there could be a delete limit on Catering items.
Users currently can currently delete items at any time even if there is a delete limit on rooms, which can be frustrating if you have a Catering Cancellation policy.

Location Display - Ability to change.
I'd like the ability to change the display in Outlook as they are not currently configurable in Condeco.
This will provide a better user experience so locations are visible when they look on mobiles or details views in outlook.
For example,
<<(1st line of address), (location, ie. Sydney) - Floor - MR xx.xx>> should ideally be displayed as
<<(shortened location, i.e SYD) - MR xx.xx - (1st line of address)>.Can it be changed so we have the ability to change this display text.

Upload a function schedule sheet to a booking
Our catering vendor team put together a large function sheet in a word doc for large events.
This doc lists menus, service times, facilities required etc.
An administrator them has to manually update the booking with the information on Condeco.
What would ve good is the ability to upload the document to Condeco and the requirements to auto populate the booking. This would save a lot of administration time.8 votes -

To circumvent the session timeout which is really too short (max 1 hour), our users would like to stay on last page viewed after reconnection into the web application.

Email notification in HTML Format
Room Booking confirmation/notification to be sent as HTML or Rich Text format to make it look more professional.
We want to add company logo and formatted text to emphasize important information.
We want to include important web links such as office location.
We also want to include some infographics in the email if possible.

Ability to set a time frame in the day for a catering item. E.g. Continental Breakfast available from 8am-11am
Currently you can only set dates for when an item is available, it would be great if you can set a time for certain items as we would rather not have breakfast offered for the whole day.
Example:
Our catering hours are only from 09:00-17:00 however rooms can be booked outside of this time. There is currently no way of locking this down and therefore currently users can order catering outside of this time which can lead to issues.Additionally, particular items such as breakfast should only be available for certain hours.

Limit the rooms available based on the number of attendees
Limit the rooms available based on the number of attendees and if we can work with a % variation either way.
Ideally if I book a meeting for 10 people it should only show me rooms for 5 - 15 people and no other rooms.
We are seeing that people are booking 25 seater room for only 5 people of which is impacting other areas requiring the big rooms.4 votes -
Linked room bookings as 'one' booking
Our users have asked if linked bookings could show as 'one' booking on summary page rather than individual bookings.
This is especially useful for room bookings with varying services, catering and times. Being able see it under a single reference makes it easier for the team to manage.

Setup a waiting list to notify users when desks are released
Create a waiting list so that users can be notified when desks have been released and\or book the desk for the next user in line.

Pending bookings that are amended should not require approval for minor changes
When a managed booking has been confirmed it's appearing on the ABG but when a user is amending the booking, it is disappearing from the ABG.
If the time of the meeting changed, it's normal that it's not appearing in the ABG, but if the user just add or removed services, it should stay on the ABG.18 votes -
Advanced multiple room booking (event feature)
Being able to book a meeting room to conduct a meeting and have the ability to link to this main booking some other bookings.

Welcome Screen with information for the FrontDesk
It would be good to have a connection between the Welcome Screen at the FrontDesk and Condeco to show the guests who is coming this day.

Disable auto bump if screen is offline
If the screen is not online (network issue for example), our users are not able to check in (auto bump), so the meeting should not be automatically ended. The resource's profile should be updated to no profile temporarily.

Use Active Directory Groups to manage User Permissions in Condeco
We want to use AD Group to manage user permissions in Condeco (Global Administrator, Country Administrator,
Location Administrator, Group Administrator).First you need to make these permissions manageable by group, not by user. Following this, you should allow the matching of this group with AD group. The consequence would be to sync AD Group with HR Feed

HR Feed Sync with Active Directory level 2 (or below) OU
HR Feed only sync with level 1 OU from our Active Directory. We need HR Feed to be able to target a dedicated OU for a more accurate synchronisation process.

Vendor Dashboard Status Reset
It would be good to allow the vendor manager to reset or go back a step to change the status of items on the dashboard
Sometimes the vendor has made an error and changed the status of the wrong room ie delivered and then can't change back to in-progress etc.8 votes -
Multiple rooms - does not show all meeting rooms in web portal & dashboard
When a user bookings multiple rooms only the primary room is showing (if it is part of a linked room booking) on the vendor dashboard and the web portal. All meeting rooms booked should be displayed.

Make it easier to add rooms when an organisation has a lot of service items
If you have a lot of service items it is very time-consuming to remove or add rooms.
You’ll need click through all the single items to add or remove it from the availability list.
Is there a way existing services such as the location of the room can be displayed on the room admin page (similar to the attributes on the righthand side).
Depending on the location selected this list would vary.
This would make it easier to add or remove (tick/untick) services to a particular room without having to go to all the single service items
