Alert - Request in queue over the accepted time limit
We like to respond to all requests with-in 30 minutes.
It would be good if we could set an alert to advise admins there are requests which have been in queue for over 30 mins etc.11 votes -
ability to cancel a meeting and re-book
I'm sure this isn't a radical idea, but having the ability to cancel a meeting and then re-book a new one!!
I've been told that by design this doesn't work for meeting series. It also only sometimes works for single instances.
This is needed as there are many faults when looking for alternative rooms. It also doesn't provide many options and/or functionality when moving from existing rooms.
Therefore, as an idea, please create an feature to be able to utilise the feature of cancelling bookings and then re-booking from scratch for all different meeting instances.

Get detailed information to rooms in "advanced grid"-view
In the web application you will get detailed information (room picture, floor plan, equipment) when clicking on a room description within the advanced grid overview. Same behavior is expected in the "advanced grid" view of the Outlook Add-In.

Use 24 hour clock
Please get rid of the confusing time display - 04:00 pm helps no one - It would be better as a 24 hour clock, but if you can't do that, remove the leading 0 from the times.

Search by last name for visitors
Currently there is no way to search by "Last name". May be in UK it is OK to search only by "First name", in DE and the rest of Europe this is not practicable.

Make pending requests easier to identify on the booking grid via icon
Hi,
In the old version all the pending requests used to be in bright orange and were easy to identify looking at the booking grid. Since the update, we can only identify them by a little question mark on the top left.
Can this be changed back to how it was before?

Extending meeting that is in progress or just before it finishes
It would be good to be able to extend a booking when it is in progress or to be able to extend the time of a booking when it is due to finish. As we find meetings do over run and there is no way to extend them.

Kiosk pre-selected desk shouldn't be booked until user selects "Confirm and Exit"
If the user opts to book a different desk to the one that has been pre-selected then, without this change, the user receives 2 confirmation emails. As is stands, this causes unnecessary email traffic and confusion for the user. It is also not consistent behaviour for the kiosk.

Outlook Plugin should allow users to search rooms based on Date
The Room Booking option in the Outlook Plugin should allow searching based on Date.
There are instances when a meeting must be held in a specific room.
Currently, if the room is unavailable, the user must toggle back to Outlook, update date\time and search again. There must be a better approach to finding the next available date.

Mobile app for vendors workflow - vendor dashboard as mobile app
Would be nice if there´s a mobile app (iOS & Android) which is especially made for vendors workflow management, basically just the vendor dashboard as a mobile app.
This would speed up the process of the booking workflow.

The ability to print guest passes in advance
Our Security guards would like to have the possibility for a future visitor announcement (someone visiting SES next week - for example) that his Badge is Printed (tickbox).
Another possibility would be to change both buttons, Collected / Break with a "Badge printed".

New Booking Grid - Booking Display
On the new look booking grid the whole of the host name is no longer displayed on bookings.
The meeting title font is too big and the words are rather squashed and hard to see all details clearly.11 votes -
Auto Block or Suspend meeting booking for users with multiple 'No Shows'
We would like a feature that we could set a limit on to block/suspend a user for X amount of days from booking appointments after they have X amount of no shows.
Currently we have a 20% of meeting No Shows shown in the dashboard. We would like to advise users that if they have X no shows in an Y day period, hey will be automatically suspended or blocked from booking meetings for Z days. (X, Y & Z is configurable to admins within the Connect portal).

For subsequent room changes, all rooms should be available in the selection of alternative rooms.
If you have selected a freely bookable room, you only get freely bookable rooms as an alternative.
it's the same the other way around.
managed room in the appointment, only managed rooms appear in the selection.
This is also limited of VC choices. You should be able to select ANY room as an alternative.
This also includes selecting a room in a different location/floor if necessary.8 votes -
Room usage statistics
We have several apps which control our meeting rooms and show in our dashboard. We wish to get statistics for the meeting room usage for only 9am to 5pm on Monday through to Friday (our office opening times) but it seems that the statistics are for 12 hours a day and 7 days per week. Please can you enable a feature to be able to select the days of the week and time per day so that the statistics can match our office opening hours and do not skew the data? Thanks

Bulk Update/Delete users
I can Bulk-Upload users to the web portal, however I cannot update/delete users this way - e.g. when a RFID card changed, the user changed his/her name or a user has left the organization.
So there is either an update/delete existing users missing (e.g. via a delete user flag) or a "bulk delete non-admins" button.9 votes
