  1. When a new Group is changed on the Quick Room Search or Find a Room page it resets the time. This is because the other Group may have different business hours. However if my existing chosen time is within the newly selected Group's business hours, it should retain my selection.

  3. The ability to extract the user pin codes into Excel.

    From time to time we will be rolling out devices into offices where the system has never been available before, as a result once the room devices are in place, user can then register their staff passes against their user pins.

    However for us to supply this we have to go into each individual account and get the pin.

    It would be great to be able to either a) extract all user pins for our organisation, or even better b) the ability to extract user pins based on location.

  4. Currently vendors that are no longer active simply become 'inactive' which makes the lists grow very long over time. Since for a vendor to be deleted there is a charge incurred, it would be great for admins to be able to delete profiles as vendors come and go.

  5. To have a functionality for normal users to bulk upload visitors on the Attendees tab in booking from for uploading multiple external visitors at once. This can help clients in hosting category (like ATOS who outsource their workspace to their client to host events) with managing their workspace efficiently. As we are aware, this functionality is available to group admins or above only.

  6. When booking multiple rooms. If Room A is free and is added to the booking but Room B is not free and you select Alternative times the Add-in should confirm that Room A is also free at this time.

    In the event that multiple rooms/multiple locations are required this is crucial to a successful booking journey.

  7. It would be easier for our IT team to know what video conferencing ID we are using if we were able to add a Zoom ID field. It would also be easier for reporting to know who has had video conferences over the course of a month (or whatever range is selected)

  8. It would be useful for admin users to be able to grant special rights to specific users so that they are able to book further out than standard users- this would allows certain members of staff like PA's etc. to book desks before everyone else without opening up the booking grid for everyone.

  11. Some facility to view where someone is sitting, even if you cannot book a desk in that area. Currently you can't find a colleague's desk unless you can also book on that floor.

  14. When a user/admin enters duplicate service items for the same deliver time the system currently clubs them items together and adds the quantities together.
    It would be better for the system to alert the user/admin they are entering duplicate items for the same delivery time and to change one of the duplicates to a different delivery time or delete the item.

  15. We like to respond to all requests with-in 30 minutes.
    It would be good if we could set an alert to advise admins there are requests which have been in queue for over 30 mins etc.

  16. I'm sure this isn't a radical idea, but having the ability to cancel a meeting and then re-book a new one!!

    I've been told that by design this doesn't work for meeting series. It also only sometimes works for single instances.

    This is needed as there are many faults when looking for alternative rooms. It also doesn't provide many options and/or functionality when moving from existing rooms.

    Therefore, as an idea, please create an feature to be able to utilise the feature of cancelling bookings and then re-booking from scratch for all different meeting instances.

  17. In the web application you will get detailed information (room picture, floor plan, equipment) when clicking on a room description within the advanced grid overview. Same behavior is expected in the "advanced grid" view of the Outlook Add-In.

  18. Please get rid of the confusing time display - 04:00 pm helps no one - It would be better as a 24 hour clock, but if you can't do that, remove the leading 0 from the times.

  19. Currently there is no way to search by "Last name". May be in UK it is OK to search only by "First name", in DE and the rest of Europe this is not practicable.
    Same topic: Sort by Last name.

  20. Hi,
    In the old version all the pending requests used to be in bright orange and were easy to identify looking at the booking grid. Since the update, we can only identify them by a little question mark on the top left.
    Can this be changed back to how it was before?
