  1. Currently, a fixed / flexy desk allocation leads to a permanent booking for a given desk and any deviation from this permanent booking must be released separately.

    However, it would be great if these deviations could be executed by 'booking rules', e.g. that the fixed allocation is applicable for all weekdays except Thursday and Friday (in case the user usually does not come into the office on those days).

    Releasing a regular absence is tedious when you have to set every absence manually and separately.

  4. Full support of the iPad for use with the Condeco app. The Apple App Store indicates it is fully supported, along with screenshots, however it appears not to be supported.

    There are minor bugs in the app - changing your status on the home screen crashes the app, otherwise it appears to function well.

  5. Users need to be notified on how their data will be collected, processed and stored. They should acknowledge the data privacy policy in effect with Condeco (at least on first use). A link to the policy should also be advertised in the GUI of both the Mobile APP and the browser APP at all times. Condeco's overall Privacy policy presumes that all configuration options are turned on. We should be able to advertise a Condeco data privacy policy that reflects only those features that are accessible (for instance, we've disabled the booking grid and do not have users self-certify to…

  9. I would like to have the ability to customize the body and subject of the emails that go out when an action is performed in Smart Calendar. Furthermore, within these customizations I would like to be able to change the format of the date populated to be in US format depending on location.

  10. we have a mixture of physical attendee and vitual attendee to meeting room booking be it teams/zoom/webex etc. it would be good to be able to list up the physcial attendee that are coming in so the reception know who is actually coming to meeting rather than see a list of 40 ppl but actually only 5 ppl are coming.

  12. Currently, the 'Field Selection' fields when editing or creating reports are displayed in no apparent order. From user experience perspective, it would make more sense to sort them alphabetically by default so the required fields are easier to find.

  16. This feature seems to have been removed...
    Can we have the option reinstated to order the meeting rooms on the booking grid? ie. room 101, then room 102 etc. going across the grid instead of being mixed up.

    1. A User of Condeco Unified Mobile App (either on iOS or on Android) has the option to select a default group as well as floor to narrow down their search for Personal spaces
    2. However, the user doesn’t have the option to select a default group as well as floor to narrow down their search for Meeting Spaces

    Suggestion : Enabling default group selection and default floor selection to narrow down search results for Meeting Spaces will improve the User Experience

  18. Currently the Cost Code needs to be manually entered while adding services via Web Application for meetings originating from Condeco Mobile app and Room finder.
    1. A User books a meeting room (Exchange enabled) via Room Finder or Condeco Mobile App
    2. The user receives a Deep Services email Link
    3. The user clicks on the deep services email link and adds services (catering/equipment) to that booking on the Web App
    4. The user is required to manually enter the Cost code while adding these services in the Booking Form
    5. The user doesn’t have these Cost Codes handy at…
