  2. Currently, when running a report for number of desk bookings, the report comes back with twice the number of bookings even though we are using whole day slots and not AM/PM slots.

  3. Especially for admins, it would be extremely helpful to allow for multiple tabs and browsers to be open at the same time. This would allow administration and troubleshooting to be much faster.

  5. It is not clear when creating a new forms based login how long the activation link is active for. Please add wording to the activation email indicating when the link will expire.

  6. We assign fixed desks to workspaces such as offices that should only be used by one person while allowing others to find their location and status in the system. Currently fixed desks are being released to be reserved by others when the assigned user changes their status from “In the Office” to “Working Remotely”. As we believe that this should be a functionality of a Flexi-Desk, I would like to request the trigger be removed so that when a fixed desk user changes their status from “In the Office” to “Working Remotely that their desk is not be made available…

  8. The Global setting for AM/PM or Full Day can only be set for all locations. You cannot have both setting in a location or more so, two different locations. i.e. London and Asia where different Government working guidelines /practices require different settings.
    It would be useful to have this as a setting on the Applications set-up for Locations

  9. The app does not prompt a user by sending them a message or pop up a reminder that they have a desk booked for that day and that they need to check in/self -certify.

    Can this be implemented to assist with ensuring users complete the self-certification and access to a workspace.

  12. People in my office are using this function when booking for guests. The problem is that the booking just says something like : John Smith. We don't know who has made the booking, who the person is and there's no mandatory fields like phone number or host. From a safety perspective not knowing who a random person is or who is responsible for them in the building is an issue.

  14. Allow the app to login using Azure SSO with user and device based authentication. This could be done directly through the Azure SSO app or using the Edge browser. The setting could be controlled by an admin with an app configuration policy that could also include the Condeco URL. This would allow for a few seamless user experience and a more secure login.

  16. We want to be able to change the desk attribute from the floor plan, e.g. if you right click the green dot, as a global admin it would be helpful to change the attribute from this page, rather than locating via all the navigation menus.

  19. As an event approver, I would like to see the events waiting to be approved listed in the order that they were received and the timestamp of receipt so that I can provide accommodations to the event organizers that submitted requests first

    For Example
    Requests will be honored on a first come first serve basis. If two requests arrive requesting the event space for the same time, the request that was submitted first will be provided approval and the second request will be put on a waiting list.

  20. While there exists the ability to configure a custom NTP server for screens, the configuration options are available only once a screen has progressed to the point of being activated. A prerequisite to activating a screen is to be able to connect to an NTP server. Often customers use a hotspot to activate, then configure the NTP server before connecting the screen to the customer network. Some customers are unable to use hotspots and only have access to the restricted network.
