Allow the user to booked a whole week in one click
When the admin looks at the calendar in book a personal space they have the option to select whole week by clicking on all.
However the end user has to select each day am/pm individually which they find rather cumbersome.
It would be great if the end user could have the same functionality as the admins3 votes -
Enable all email templates to be changed within the web application
Please add an option to edit the “Desk Booking reminder” email template under the group administration in the application setup and create an option to edit all the notification email templates under the group administration.

Cancellation Reason for Desk/Room Bookings to be included in the cancellation email sent to users
When you cancel bookings/close a desk or room you enter a reason but this currently doesn't pull through to the email received by the user resulting in an additional manual process to inform people of this to prevent complaints. If the cancellation reason could be included in the email this would mean we no longer have to send additional communication to users to explain what has happened and why their booking has to be removed. If the reason could also be shown on the grid this would also prevent unnecessary questions being fielded by IT and Facilities staff by users.

All search funcion for floors
To search a desk or office. Have a "all" option. so we can find a spot on any floor. Handy when spaces are booked on multiable floors

Default floor and group in SCIM API
Customers would like the ability to set default location values for users in the SCIM API. This would include not just the country and location, but also the floor and group. This would be on parity with the user important process for provisioning users in the application.

API get desk details
While you can use the POST Desk API endpoint to create and modify desks, you are unable to verify the information that currently exists on a desk. It will help customers keep the desks updated with the right values if they can retrieve the current desk information. Information customers are looking for are:
- External ID
- Resource Group
- Assigned User

Add "teams" to profiles so you can search for colleagues on your team who are in the office, instead having to search for a specific colleague by name

Zones: Mark 'Floor' field mandatory
Currently, when creating a new zone, the 'Name' field is marked mandatory (depicted by a red asterisk) while the 'Floor' field is not. However, when trying to save the zone without adding floor information, a corresponding error message pops up asking to fill out the floor field.
Therefore, it makes sense to add a red asterisk to the floor field as well to show that it is mandatory.

Ability to run the Meeting Room App on Crestron Hardware
For various reasons some customers prefer the hardware from Crestron. It would be great to run the Condeco meetin room App on their TSS scheduling panels. Since Condeco is 95% about software, the added flexibility will for sure outweigh the loss of hardware business for some customers dont wanting the condeco hardware.

Sorting Meeting/Personal Space Names on the Booking Grids
When using the booking grid, it can be difficult at times to locate the Meeting Space or Personal Space on the list of resources. The order in which the spaces are provided is determine by the order in which they were entered in the application. This makes it difficult to locate the meeting or personal space you are looking for.

Bump warning lead time - Editable in UI
Bump warning lead times are currently only editable by Condeco administrators, it would be nice if this functionality also existed for global administrators. Furthermore, it would be great if the bump warnings could be defined differently for each country, i.e. the language and the time could be defined differently for each country. Currently only one language and a lead time for the bump warnings can be set.
Another point would be to build an "Auto CheckIn link" into the Bump Warnings -> checkin is done by clicking on the link.6 votes -

Ability to update a Resource Group for the desk via API
For now, it is forbidden to change Resource Group for the existed desk by setting a new externalGroupId in DesksPostDesksV1.
As a golden source, we use another corporate office management system, so any scenario of workspace reorganization cannot be implemented and requires a manual double entry.
It would be really appreciated to have a possibility of full integration with Condeco system.

Room order on booking grid
When viewing the booking grid for a building, PLEASE set it so that the rooms will be in floor order instead of jumbled around as they appear now. It makes searching for an alternate, floor-adjacent room extremely frustrating.

Show all available rooms in Smart Calendar
Sometimes Smart Calendar doesn't show all available rooms on a floor, even if they are available and meet the search criteria. It would be good to show every option on a floor.
