  2. The Global setting for AM/PM or Full Day can only be set for all locations. You cannot have both setting in a location or more so, two different locations. i.e. London and Asia where different Government working guidelines /practices require different settings.
    It would be useful to have this as a setting on the Applications set-up for Locations

  3. The app does not prompt a user by sending them a message or pop up a reminder that they have a desk booked for that day and that they need to check in/self -certify.

    Can this be implemented to assist with ensuring users complete the self-certification and access to a workspace.

  6. People in my office are using this function when booking for guests. The problem is that the booking just says something like : John Smith. We don't know who has made the booking, who the person is and there's no mandatory fields like phone number or host. From a safety perspective not knowing who a random person is or who is responsible for them in the building is an issue.

  8. Allow the app to login using Azure SSO with user and device based authentication. This could be done directly through the Azure SSO app or using the Edge browser. The setting could be controlled by an admin with an app configuration policy that could also include the Condeco URL. This would allow for a few seamless user experience and a more secure login.

  9. For example, report all height adjustable desks, or all meeting rooms with video conferencing.
    Currently there is a need to maintain this information separately even though it is configured in the Condeco system.

  10. We want to be able to change the desk attribute from the floor plan, e.g. if you right click the green dot, as a global admin it would be helpful to change the attribute from this page, rather than locating via all the navigation menus.

  11. With Mobile App for Room booking solution there should be an enhancement in the UI where it should have another option for inviting meeting room or attendees via there email address.

  13. As an event approver, I would like to see the events waiting to be approved listed in the order that they were received and the timestamp of receipt so that I can provide accommodations to the event organizers that submitted requests first

    For Example
    Requests will be honored on a first come first serve basis. If two requests arrive requesting the event space for the same time, the request that was submitted first will be provided approval and the second request will be put on a waiting list.

  14. While there exists the ability to configure a custom NTP server for screens, the configuration options are available only once a screen has progressed to the point of being activated. A prerequisite to activating a screen is to be able to connect to an NTP server. Often customers use a hotspot to activate, then configure the NTP server before connecting the screen to the customer network. Some customers are unable to use hotspots and only have access to the restricted network.

  15. The Admin level for managing vendors is currently set to Global Admin, this is far too high and requires more people to have global access than necessary. . Can this level be reduced to Location Admin.

  19. Under User Management, it should be possible to select the option to create a user as either:

    - Form User

    - SSO User

    Why would we need this?
    While we are using SSO and MFA, we are not using HR Feed for user provisioning, which means we are relying on user imports done by Condeco.

    For first implementation this works fine, however, for adding any new user in our organisation requires us to reach out to Condeco.

    When our administartors are able to create a SSO user themselves we can onboard new users of Condeco much more efficiently.

  20. The results list when viewing desks booked for a colleague or future bookings is all grey scale. This makes it difficult to quickly identify days, or bookings - is if possible to add some color to this or look at the design to make this more visible rather than the all grey view as it is.
