allow auto-provisioning for SSO logins to be turned off
Currently when using SSO with Engage it has the feature of auto-provisioning users. It would be very beneficial to have the ability to turn off or on.
Having this is critical for the client " The New School ".

Automatically passthrough the SSO authentication to the My Profile site
Currently when you navigate to the My Profile tile from the Engage app, you are required to re-authenticate your credentials to access the page.
The user experience is greatly impacted as it is not seamless.
The app should carry through the users SSO authentication when accessing the My Profile page.

Booking window in days not weeks
The booking window is currently in weeks, meaning if the window is 1 week, and it's Friday and you're looking at your plan for next week, you can only book as far as Thursday. I can't put in 1.1 weeks for example, so it would be helpful for the setting to be in days instead of weeks to be able to accommodate this.

Engage (Web and App) needs to retain requested deep link URL from QR Code through SSO Authentication. Currently, if a user scans a QR code to check into a desk and is NOT already authenticated, the deep link to the desk is lost after Authentication and the user must scan the QR code again for check in. This is frustrating for our users to have to scan twice.

Team Bookings
Team Bookings currently display as "Team Booking" on the Engage App. This limits visibility of which team has actually booked for in a particular space and limits natural cross collaboration and pollination between teams. Can the name of the booking be updated to show which team has booked what desks? Ie, "Team Booking - Finance'?

Inactivity Logout Warning
It would be helpful if there was a popup window that said "You are about to be signed out due to inactivity, would you like to stay logged in for (the time out setting) another 30 minutes?" Also, if you could make the browser tab or minimized browser flash to get the users attention. Then after a few minutes if the users doesn't do anything, the popup would change to say: "You have been logged out due to inactivity, please click ok to refresh your browser". Change the date displayed for all day bookings in different time zones
Viewing bookings in different time zones (specifically time zones ahead of yours) is confusing.
Example: someone in LA is going to NY so they book a desk all day for Jan 5th. When they view the booking in Spaces/VBS or Engage, it says it begins on the 4th because 12AM on the 5th in NY is 9PM on the 4th in LA.
Part of the confusion, I believe, is the lack of consistency between Engage and Spaces/VBS. "Local Time" in Spaces/VBS is the building's Local Time, but "Local Time" in Engage is the User's local time (see attached images).

Ability to modify SSO token lifetime
Currently when passcode/faceid is enabled, the session is active for 2 hours before being prompted to re-authorize the connection.
For clients with Security related concerns, we should add the ability to modify the token lifetime so that it can be reduced from 2 hours.

Serraview - Space module - cancel button / undo when edit polyline
Hi when viewing floorplan in space module, I can choose to edit floorplan, and adding polyline, or editing existing polyline
I just thought it would be nice to have a cancel button next to the publish button. Basically just ignoring any changes and not publishing the changes
Going further, not sure if this is possible would be Undo / Redo changes

Use Serraview API Reporting endpoint as OData Feed
It would be extremely beneficial if Serraview’s reporting endpoint URLs could be used directly as OData Feed sources. Enabling this functionality would significantly reduce the effort and investment required for clients to integrate Serraview data into their reporting environments, effectively providing a turnkey solution.
Currently, when we retrieve reporting URLs through the Core API Documentation, these endpoints cannot be consumed directly as data sources. Allowing them to function as OData feeds would streamline reporting workflows and remove the need for additional transformation layers or custom integration work.

Reports should process based on your preferred measurement setting
When you change your preferred unit from English to Metric, it would be nice if the reports would change as well. All of our reports are in Square Feet but we do have users who utilize the metric system and there is not an easy way to calculate totals and/or filter without having to do manual work. It would be nice if the reports would change based on your selected preference.
