Report 88: BOS Arriving Locations Report
The BOS - Arriving Locations report (#88) needs some re-vamping. Currently, the list of all employees in a neighborhood are physically listed on the floorplan, next to the letter shown in a KEY in a table at the bottom of the report.
That could mean a very long list of employees that covers up much of the floorplan.
Can the report be modified to list these associates in the table at the bottom of the report, instead?

Dark Mode
Provide users the option to visualize everything in dark mode. (dark background, light text). It's a lot easier on the eyes for some people.

Show area of a group of spaces when selected
As a Space Planner, I often want to know the area of a space/selection of spaces when considering redesign options. Consider creating functionality in Space Viewer or even VBS where I can select one or more spaces and see the area of the selected spaces.

Limit Floor Capacity
As an administrator, I would like to be able to set a floor capacity for the maximum number of desk bookings per floor that will be accepted by Engage. Once this floor capacity has been reached. No additional new bookings will be accepted for this floor.
Further enhancement:
- Notify administrators when floor capacity is reached (or a threshold will be reached) to then release an additional floor for booking

Booking Rule Enhancements - "all-day" and "specific time" Durations Lengths and Check in times
As a system administrator I want to control which spaces can be booked as 'all-day' settings and others by 'specific time'. This supports spaces with shift work, varying styles of work and bookings and large floors with a variety of team and space requirements.
Examples:
- Select some desks/spaces to be booked as "All-Day" and other to be "Specific Time"
- Custom Label specific time bookings "Morning", "Afternoon", "Evening"
- Preset start times for all day bookings differently between different desks
- Pre-Defined Time Slot Bookings "9am-12pm, 12pm-3pm"

Time/Day Schedule to open up Bookings
Configurable option to define how many days or weeks in advance the desks/spaces can be booked in advance per building, floor or space.
Examples:
- At 12pm Friday, open bookings for the following week
- All hot desks can only be booked on the day
- Selected desks can be booked 4 weeks in advance, while default is only 1 week in advance (or the reverse)

Enable Push notifications / emails
Management and staff may want alerts staff to an incident or disseminate an update. They can use Engage platform to push notifications to staff via the app.
Examples should include:
- Important Faciliites/Emergency information eg: "Lift under repairs today. Please use stairs" / "water leak on L08. please do not enter"
- Evacuation in progress
- When a selected colleague has made a booking, checked in or checked out

Remote Working / Work from Home
Remote workers are usually assigned to a building record with an HR Status of “Remote”.
Within Serraview, you cannot assign a person to a building. He/she must be assigned to a floor/neighborhood/allocation/space which then rolls up to the assignment for the building. The issue with this is that the remote workers should NOT roll up to the assignment of the building since those workers are not coming into the office i.e. should not be impacting space planning decisions.

Serraview Home Page Customization
The home page of Serraview should be customized based on what modules the user has access to or based on roles. For example:
- Executive users provided with dashboards from Insights
- Users without access to Service Requests or Scenario Plans have those tabs hidden
- Workplace admins summary of validation required
- If Service Requests aren't used, system administrators should have the option of hiding it from the home page navigation.

'Add employee' functionality in BOS should have more details to determine correct employee
When adding a name to a BOS (or adding a Migration Manager to BOS), typing a name like 'Jennifer Brown' brings up many choices. Can additional information be available in the pop-up to better identify the correct person. Would like to see - Team, Current Location, email address

Booking Rules Based On Team
Provide enhanced flexibility to booking rules to provide variable restrictions to bookings based on your team or the team allocations. This should include:
- Provide a team priority to reserve, seats in a location (building, floor, hood) until a specified time (ie. a week before), then the reservations are open to everyone else not on the specified team.
- Allocate spaces to only be bookable by specific teams on specific days ( E.G. Finance are allocated Monday, Wednesday & Friday, IT are allocated Tuesday & Thursday.)

Can Serraview BOS create Placards for us during moves for our vendors?
Wondering if we can get BOS to generate move Placards for our Move Vendors? We currently manually do a Mail Merge to make signage placards or labels (see attached PDF for example) but if Serraview can automatically generate one based on the BOS information, this would save us a lot of time.

As a Relocation Manager I want to send employees a "1st Day Email" to folks that are moving that includes a map of their new seat and other attachments of my choosing.

Floorplan importer enhancements and warnings
When new versions of existing floorplans are imported there should be a warning if spaces (and employees) will be removed due to that import. This is a problem because often the floor id on the importer 'refreshes' to the first floor in the list and an entire floor of data & occupancy is lost because the wrong floor is loaded.
There are lots of suggestions that we have to reduce this risk. In order of preference:
- A warning identifying specific spaces and occupants that will be removed with the import & an option to proceed or cancel.
