    "Ability to display a text description of an asset, HR, or space record by hovering over the record on a floor plan"

    Workaround: Information can be accessed by clicking on the object to review it's attributes.

    Additional Information: This feature should be present on Space Viewer as well. There should be several configuration options governing this available in the config menu as well, such as font format and number of characters shown in description. Double clicking on the description bubble should open the attached object's data page.

  2. I'd like to be able to track assets/equipment through the system - including seeing where they are on a floorplan and adding custom attributes to the asset based on the asset type.

    I'd like to associate assets with service requests (maintenance) and moves (moving with person)

  3. Allow the ability when doing a data import to allow data imports for Multi-Select data types of custom fields.

    We want to use a custom field for a Space contact to link it with the people table, so that when a person leaves the organization, their name will be removed from the custom field and we will know that we need to get an updated contact person.

    The Serraview import system does NOT allow custom fields of the "multi-select" type to be populated from an import file.

    With data changing all the time, my planners do a lot of data…

  4. It would be beneficial to have the capability to update marker names, either by renaming existing ones or creating new markers based on clients' needs. Every company has different requirements, and for example, pharmaceutical companies could use different markers related to laboratories. This flexibility would ensure that the markers are tailored to the specific needs of each client, enhancing their usability and relevance in various contexts.

  5. Have all Reports in the Service Request category export with the Output Type selected rather than automatically exporting as the default file type. For example, if a report is selected to export as a PDF, it should export as a PDF rather than automatically exporting as a Word document.

  6. A floorplan report that you can select which you choose which markers to display in the report via a dropdown.

    Also an option to choose the size of the markers in the report.

  8. Currently, the Default People feature only allows for configuration at the Region level. The Location option needs to allow for lower level options - i.e. city, building, etc. In our instance, we have multiple planners per region and as a result cannot use this default feature. Service Requests are currently manually reviewed and assigned one by one. This is labor intensive and takes unnecessary time.

  9. Different views and visualizations in the Spaces module can be highly valuable to different kinds of users. For users with only Spaces access, there isn't a good way to view org allocation without running Floorplan Block.

    Requesting that SV builds an org allocation view in Spaces for this purpose.

  10. You can currently perform an Occupancy Import to Bulk Update Retention Statuses. It would be great to also have the ability to update Retention Status Comments in either this same import or via the Bulk Update tool.

  11. Currently, when filtering to a Parent Space Type (eg. Office Area), it will ONLY filter to Office Area Space Types and not everything below such as everything under Workspace, Non-Traditional Workspace and Support Services.

    This means that in order to select all of my required Space Types, I will need to manually select many individual Space Types some many layers deep.

    It would be great if this worked in the same way as the Location filter where selecting Australia would select every Child location and their Children as well.

  14. Please provide a pop up notification that Serraview 3.0 is not compatible with Internet Explorer when user try to access via IE. Despite our instructions to use Chrome or Edge, users are still connecting via IE. We are getting some complaints about the software and I fear there are even more users who get the same bad results but have just decided not to Serraview. This is needed asap. Could a banner on the home screen be added temporarily until this is available?

  15. With insights now pushing threshold notification emails / Alerts there is a lot of requests for notifications when a floor goes over a threshold in 'near' real-time. Current architecture allows for these alerts but generally overnight or delayed. The New world post covid means businesses are setting % Utilisation Thresholds for social distancing rules and return to work plans.

    I think SVLive data is the best option for companies to do this and if we can access not just in Locator / Engage but also that Utilisation being to high on a floor to inform the admins to stop taking…

  17. API for User Security (SAML) to manage Serraview user access within your own secure identity management system (e.g. Okta, MS Azure)

    As there is no automation around the security roles in Serraview, it would be nice to be able to intergrate security roles in the API so I can report and manage access. This would be an extremely usefully feature and remove a bunch of manual work as an admin.

  19. We would like the ability to hide markers that are not being used and/or will never be used. If there was a way to add something in the admin panel so that you can click a checkbox to turn them on or off in the markers panel, that would be great.

    It would also be very helpful to be able to drag and drop to reorganize them. Currently, they default to alphabetical which makes it hard to find the few that we use - we've had to resort to putting a character at the front so they all get grouped…

  20. As there is a feature to upload pictures of rooms in either VBS or Spaces, it would be nice to see pictures in those modules. Either hovering over a room or clicking it brings up a card with room info. Showing the picture as well would be ideal. Having this available in Locator would be helpful. Currently it only shows up in Engage.
