  2. When there are multiple assets using the same maintenance plan, have only one work order generated that includes all the assets on one sheet instead of having a a work order for each asset. Hippo had this feature and it was nice.

  3. Adding a asset library rather then having to attach Manuals multiple times to each similar Assets. Then being able to link that asset to the manual. Helpful with multiple same type, make, and model assets.

  4. Integrate the inventory module in the mobile application. This would allow mechanics to consume items from the inventory when on a call so that inventory levels can be tracked more accurately.

  5. Enhance search bar capability to go beyond workorder number search or keyword. Customers are now accustomed to the mainstream experience of just asking a tool what they are looking for. Sample queries below: Followed up with a secondary question asking if the user would like to visualize this data in a visual form.

    “Show me all assets with more than three breakdowns in the past six months.”
    “Which vendors have the longest average response time to work orders?”
    “What’s the total downtime cost for HVAC systems last quarter?”
    “Which locations are consuming the most maintenance labor hours?”
    “Predict which chillers…

  9. When you run an Asset listing, the description filled shows as a data point in the report. When you run an Inspection listing and export that data, the Description field is blank. This information should / needs to populate.

  10. Current feature does not allow someone to filter by entity and/or location.

    • Tested into sandbox
    • Turned into production but ran into roadblocks with filtering.
    • Happy to provide a focus group for feedback with Product.
    • The feeling is that it’s not ready yet for production, should be updated a little more yet. However, the feeling is that this feature will be VERY VALUABLE

  11. When completing the "Receiving" portion of the PO it would be helpful if the lines came up in numerical order. Currently, they are displayed in random order. My discussion with the support team indicates that this "Random" order is working as intended. This is cumbersome to my team when we are processing large receipts especially with backorder items.

  13. Add the ability to print barcodes from the PO or receiving page. Then we don't have to search them individually.

  15. Lifetime is the sum of the difference. For example, if I add a truck at 4000 miles. Then drive 700 miles, the Lifetime Meter will be 700, and the Current Mileage will be 4700. This causes confusion for the clients.

    Currently, this encourages clients to add the Asset at 0 miles - even if it's not accurate. Classic has ability to add past dates; however, Lightning does not allow this.

    Clients are being encouraged to ignore the difference (see example above) and when they do a reset for real, they will then match. There is no reason for the lifetime…

  17. Save progress of an inspection, rather than having to restart every time you exit the inspection. This way multiple employees can continue an inspection on different shifts.

  18. Build an AI model that knows your system and maintenance to assist with creating WO, PM's, inspection reports, etc. Have it be able to build functions without all the user time to manually do it. Ensure it prompts for clarifying questions.
