  1. I have a very large and complex portfolio that spans over regions with three levels. Depending on my building use, I can have multiple regions based on locations across a parent.

    For example, I have parents 'Australia' and 'New Zealand'. Within each of these parents I have a sub-region called 'CBD'. This produces results of
    Australia - CBD - Building
    New Zealand - CBD - Building

    This makes it difficult when I search for a building as it will only show me the parent region 'CBD'.

    Can we build a configurable selector that will display the regions in the order…

  2. Have the ability to capture the utilization of spaces for users who are connected to Wi-Fi.

    For example: If the user's triangulation has them located on a bench or collaboration space, capture the user's details including the time spent at the space.

    This will become very useful as we move into the new norm post-COVID-19, where employees will come back to the office to collaborate rather than use desks/workpoints.

  3. Enhancements too the process of booking a meeting space including:
    - Capture the name of the person making the booking
    - List the number of people attending the booking
    - List the names of people invited to the booking
    - Suggest meeting rooms based on the number of people going to the booking
    - Populate teams/outlook invite with links
    - Automatically integrate with VC/Video Conferencing and start calls at scheduled meeting times

  4. The Workplace Admin list should exclude/hide teams that belong to a building that has been set to NOT show in Workplace. This is causing the Workplace Admin list to be cluttered with teams from buildings that are not using Workplace validation.

  8. When you have a shortage of lockers, often people need to be placed on a waitlist. This is currently managed in SV2.0 by custom fields/custom reports. I would like to be able to manage this within SLP, an dbe able to see # of people on waitlist vs: # of free lockers, or be alerted when a locker is released and I have someone on the waitlist for that location.

  9. Once BOS has been implemented, it should automatically archive. At the moment, the BOS file remains active and we need to manually archive the file, when it really should be archived.

  11. Currently when you navigate to the My Profile tile from the Engage app, you are required to re-authenticate your credentials to access the page.

    The user experience is greatly impacted as it is not seamless.

    The app should carry through the users SSO authentication when accessing the My Profile page.

  17. Make it easier to search and sort reports by:
    - Better category and labels for reports
    - Consistency in the naming of reports, so that it identifies which data is included in a report
    - Hide reports with no data because the respective module isn't in use (like Serraview Live reports)

  18. Client feedback logged on 04/01/20:

    "Ability to display a text description of an asset, HR, or space record by hovering over the record on a floor plan"

    Workaround: Information can be accessed by clicking on the object to review it's attributes.

    Additional Information: This feature should be present on Space Viewer as well. There should be several configuration options governing this available in the config menu as well, such as font format and number of characters shown in description. Double clicking on the description bubble should open the attached object's data page.

  20. When you open the Spaces module you need to toggle on the Space Type hierarchy in order to see the blocked spaces on my floorplan.

    Can the selected space hierarchy be retained when I reload the Spaces module
