Add an "Auto Plan" button that will leverage artificial intelligence to automatically re-stack a building/series of buildings to be more efficient - co-locating business units who need to work together; freeing up contiguous space that may be sub-let or used for another project; etc using the smallest number of moves (and thus cost)

  2. Once asset is released in BOS you have to go and finish the process manually in the locker tab. Automatic release of an asset connected to BOS would be perfect.

  4. Schedule auto-sending of validation email(s) to Workplace Administrators filtered by specific locations and org units.
    Currently, a Property staff member needs to push out emails to Workplace Admins manuallly via Profile Administrator. It relies on a human to do this on a timely manner. Automating this helps the client save time and focus on non-validated teams and unresponsive Workplace Administrators.

  5. You can't filter lockers in the 3.0 tool based on whether they're assigned unlike in 2.66. You can report on those lockers and apply the filter in excel to see the data you need- but it is not user friendly to run a report rather than being able to filter in the locker screen.

  6. As a system administrator, I want the ability to view and delete room bookings made.

    At this time, only desk bookings are available in the VBS.

    Can we also view bookings made against a bookable space?
    Likewise, can we also 'cancel' the bookings made?
    Option to bulk delete or bulk shift bookings to other rooms

  7. As a user, I would like to modify my existing desk reservations by shortening it (i.e. 4 days to 2 days) or extending it (i.e. 2 days to 5 days).

    For existing desk reservations where I am shortening it, it should allow the user to keep their existing desk reservation or suggest booking another desk as a secondary option.

  9. As a move planner/coordinator, it would be useful to be able to update space features in Scenario Planner VBS mode.

    Currently in 3.0, you can change the space type, but for back-to-work efforts (applying shift or phase approaches), more functionality is desired.

  10. When navigating in VBS, the way the stack dynamically moves to show more people when I hover over a team can cause issues. This is especially the case when trying to hover over teams with few/zero workpoints to find and select them.

    It would be useful to have this function revised from a usability perspective to be less inhibiting. Or to have a config option to turn it off in preference of a static stack.

  11. The home page of Serraview should be customized based on what modules the user has access to or based on roles. For example:
    - Executive users provided with dashboards from Insights
    - Users without access to Service Requests or Scenario Plans have those tabs hidden
    - Workplace admins summary of validation required
    - If Service Requests aren't used, system administrators should have the option of hiding it from the home page navigation.
    - The links available on the navigation bar should be based on a user's role. For example, if the user doesn't have access to BOS, that module should…

  12. With insights now pushing threshold notification emails / Alerts there is a lot of requests for notifications when a floor goes over a threshold in 'near' real-time. Current architecture allows for these alerts but generally overnight or delayed. The New world post covid means businesses are setting % Utilisation Thresholds for social distancing rules and return to work plans.

    I think SVLive data is the best option for companies to do this and if we can access not just in Locator / Engage but also that Utilisation being to high on a floor to inform the admins to stop taking…

  13. Currently i'm creating Covid seat buffers for many floors and when reviewing a hard copy floor plan to mirror from paper to the VBS. I keep losing my place on where I last made edits to a seat or an office. It would be helpful to have an indication dot or marker showing the last place an edit was made.

  14. A better warning pop up message to show that in case you are publishing unintended changes it will show for

    example: "Warning you will be publishing there will be 100 unallocated workpoints, can you confirm this is correct?" This is to prevent user mistakes in case they did not intend to do this.

  15. Bring back the sequence number in the move summary! I.e. 1.001 to denote phase 1 move 1. The Move ID of a string of random numbers without any methodology makes it incredibly difficult to interpret and use

  16. At unimelb, each user belongs to a research group. The property team allocates desks on the floor by research group for each of the users. However, the research group is not part of current organization structure.

    As a result, unimelb needs the ability to block & stack and report by research group.

    What is therefore required is the ability to leverage research group stored against staff and block floors accordingly.

    Eg: User A belongs to ‘Physics R&D’ research group. User A has org unit ‘MSE’ and ‘10001’ as cost centre.

  17. Currently Workplace will show allocations by Teams.

    I have a large number of teams on each floor, created based on my occupant. As a result, I have teams with only a handful of occupants, sometimes only 1 person.

    I would like the option to view my occupants at an org unit level so I do not have to go into each individual team to validate.

    If it's by org unit level, much like the grouping in VBS, I can review all occupants and click 'Validate' only once for all. This will make validation smooth and easier for my workplace administrators.

  18. In V2, we had the ability to view the Floor and Buildings details through the VBS (clicking on floor number on stack) and Space Viewer (clicking 'i').

    This feature has been lost, and the only way to view Building and Floor details is through Assets > Buildings > Floors.

    I particularly view these details for my 'Space and Costs' details as I frequently need to review Area and Workpoint counts.

  19. When adding a name to a BOS (or adding a Migration Manager to BOS), typing a name like 'Jennifer Brown' brings up many choices. Can additional information be available in the pop-up to better identify the correct person. Would like to see - Team, Current Location, email address
