  1. When searching for floors in the SVLive wired utilisation report, the unassigned floors should be hidden as they aren't relevant. Was unable to be resolved by support and requested a user voice.

  3. Engage (Web and App) needs to retain requested deep link URL from QR Code through SSO Authentication. Currently, if a user scans a QR code to check into a desk and is NOT already authenticated, the deep link to the desk is lost after Authentication and the user must scan the QR code again for check in. This is frustrating for our users to have to scan twice.

  4. Currently, if an admin cancels a desk on behalf of someone, report 1151 says the person whose desk it was has cancelled it. This is causing confusion. The report should show who specifically cancelled the desk, no matter their user security role. If an admin cancelled it, it should show which admin.

  5. It would be beneficial to have the capability to update marker names, either by renaming existing ones or creating new markers based on clients' needs. Every company has different requirements, and for example, pharmaceutical companies could use different markers related to laboratories. This flexibility would ensure that the markers are tailored to the specific needs of each client, enhancing their usability and relevance in various contexts.

  6. Would like waiting lists to be created- allowing a person to register for a work point on a floor/neighbourhood when bookings are at capacity. If a booking is cancelled- creating an automated booking for a person from the waiting list.

  8. In Buildings and Floors, Serraview has a Post Code box for the address under the edit mode. However outside the edit mode this code does not show. Please turn on so that my client, who has no access to edit, can see this zip code - post code information. See the pictures below to illustrate this point.

  9. Team Bookings currently display as "Team Booking" on the Engage App. This limits visibility of which team has actually booked for in a particular space and limits natural cross collaboration and pollination between teams. Can the name of the booking be updated to show which team has booked what desks? Ie, "Team Booking - Finance'?

  10. In busy sites, individuals are making desk bookings many weeks in advance, limiting availability for others planning closer to the day. Once check-in closes, a significant number of desks are released. It would be valuable to have a reminder 48 hours prior to the booking for people to confirm their planned use of the desk, or to release it for others. This would reduce the number of on-the-day cancellations, and enable other to book a desk ahead of attending site.

  11. Some desks would be reserved for X colleagues only e.g. Wednesdays (permanent desks for them on Weds) and on Mon, Tue, Thu, and Fridays Y colleagues could book these same desks for space optimization. Important is that we would set this for the long term.
    A group of people want to block seats so others cannot book those for Wednesdays.

  12. Give the ability to extract a PDF that is legible and clear from a custom insights floorplan created in Insights Editor. Currently the PNG format is completely un-readable and is honestly useless to extract.

  13. Add a Parameter to Service Request emails to include the summary entered when the Service Request is submitted. This way if someone has multiple Service Requests open they can tell which is which, based off the summary the originally entered. The parameter options available do not include a summary.

  14. We would like the ability to hide markers that are not being used and/or will never be used. If there was a way to add something in the admin panel so that you can click a checkbox to turn them on or off in the markers panel, that would be great.

    It would also be very helpful to be able to drag and drop to reorganize them. Currently, they default to alphabetical which makes it hard to find the few that we use - we've had to resort to putting a character at the front so they all get grouped…

  15. Booking systems allow the booking of merged meeting rooms, which can result in one meeting room being bookable as two or more rooms. When mapping spaces from Serraview against resources (spaces) in booking systems, we need to identify overlapping spaces and group them together under a unique space ID.

    For example, two meeting rooms, each with 5 seats, can be booked separately as Room A and Room B. However, when merged, they can be booked as Room C with 10 seats.

  16. Can Engage includes legend for markers? As the number of markers increases, it may confuse end users when viewing them on the Engage floorplan. If a legend exists, it will help mobile and kiosk users to identify the markers on the floorplan.

    Another suggestion is that, since all markers currently have the same rounded shape, the system should allow for marker color customization, or make certain key markers can be identified easier, such as making fire extinguishers red and restrooms blue, etc.

  17. Our key users, who frequently work on the VBS, have reported that the zoom in and zoom out functionality on the VBS floorplan viewer is very user-unfriendly. We have been provided feedbacks indicating that the zoom feature is overly sensitive, often zooms in unintentionally, or is frequently slow to respond. I would like to suggest two improvements:

    1. Implement a feature that allows the system to adjust or modify the sensitivity of the floorplan viewing.
    2. Switch viewing graphic from a raster-based floorplan to a vector-based floorplan.

  18. Add in the ability to clear a persons occupancy from the people directory menu. If I search a person and see they are in a location when they shouldn't be I'd like to have a "remove from location" button right there on their record so I don't have to go to the VBS and search for them again to remove them

  19. When you zoom into a floorplan, the name of each space should be visible like workpoint numbers, with each space's visibility to be set via a configuration. All visible spaces should be searchable via the spaces tab.

    This will allow admins to choose which spaces are visible, to help with wayfinding to collaboration, meeting and other points of interest.

  20. To ADD / REMOVE MARKERS
    This option is possible only when User has access to Edit floor icon.
    We need to prevent edit floor, especially Overview, Attributes features.,,,
    Is it possible to move Markers from Edit Floor to View floor, only? (one good example is TAGGING)
