Ability to export Heatmap data.
It would be really helpful to be able to export heatmap data (like shown in Locator) maybe in the form of a report or an API from Serraview. This data would be really useful and could greatly help Serraview and SV Live integration with other applications.

Inactivity Logout Warning
It would be helpful if there was a popup window that said "You are about to be signed out due to inactivity, would you like to stay logged in for (the time out setting) another 30 minutes?" Also, if you could make the browser tab or minimized browser flash to get the users attention. Then after a few minutes if the users doesn't do anything, the popup would change to say: "You have been logged out due to inactivity, please click ok to refresh your browser". Export Reports with selected output type
Have all Reports in the Service Request category export with the Output Type selected rather than automatically exporting as the default file type. For example, if a report is selected to export as a PDF, it should export as a PDF rather than automatically exporting as a Word document.

It would be great is Serraview would use xdata in the autocad files to link polylines, space names and space types to an internal space id. This way when you change a space name or space type in autocad and re-import it, it wouldn't need to completely delete the space record and re-create it. This deletion and re-creation removes all allocations and people assignments along with any other settings that are not default to the space type. This is a very limiting way to manage the drawing data that does cause issues with data lose when you don't effectively work…

The ability to add or remove text labels for space attributes to the exported autocad dwg files in the Buildings & Floors form. I am sure everyone has a need to see things like Department #, Occupant Names, or Room Names in autocad. When creating autocad drawings for move coordination or furniture reconfiguration, having the most up to date text in your drawing is a must. Currently there is only the space type and Space names. Maybe this could be an "Ad Hoc" setting within the Buildings & Floors form

Color of floorplan & legend consistency needed
When looking at the colors of the floorplan vs the legend, they are NOT the same color. Nor are either of them the actual assigned color of the space type.
There appears to be an Opacity or Transparency value used when displaying the floorplan and legend. Again, the floorplan and legend color values are different, so they are NOT using the same transparency value from the original color.
I would like to suggest that if Serraview is going to NOT use the provided color for the space types, then to at least use the same transparency value for both of…

Markers Report
A floorplan report that you can select which you choose which markers to display in the report via a dropdown.
Also an option to choose the size of the markers in the report.

Dropdown Selector Width
Please improve the usability/legibility of any drop-down selector with a hierarchy (i.e. region, buildings, org units) so that it includes a horizontal scroll bar to view options that are several layers deep and/or have a long entry.

Insights Floorplan Dashboard - Desks with No Activity
Provide a simple visualisation of a floorplan that highlights via a colour desks that are wired up but have not had any SVLive activity within the report period.
This will be useful for easily identifying desks without activity, especially on large floorplans. The report can then be scheduled to send on a regular basis to local teams who can review any issues with wire up.

Asset Import Optional Fields
We would like the Optional Fields of Asset import to be visible in the Asset UI. Currently we can only view the data of the Optional Fields through reporting. It would be beneficial if it was possible to Edit/View the data of the Optional fields like Asset GUID and Serial Number from the Asset UI.

Legends in Reports 22 and 222
The legends in 22 and 222 are confusing.
Unallocated spaces in the legends and table are shown as spaces with a blue background. However, unallocated desks are have a white background with a blue dot, and unallocated spaces/rooms are white polygons with a blue outline.
The legends and table summaries should more clearly show how unallocated spaces are displayed on the floorplan map.2 votes -

Be able to assign Non VBS locations to assets
Currently, you cannot assign Non VBS Locations to assets like carparks. Floors with carparks don't need to show up in Spaces and VBS, but still need to be assigned to people. It would be extremely easy if we could assign Non VBS locations too.

Assets information from spaces search bar
It would be really helpful if you could see assets (lockers/storage/parking) assigned to a person when searching for their name in the spaces module.
This was available in an older version of Serraview, and would show locker information in the red box (picture attached) right next to their name.Thank you!

Extend move / keep to flexi teams in Workplace Portal
As a Workplace Admin, I need to be able to add people to my flexi team who are already assigned to a dedicated space, without removing them from their existing location(s).
Right now, if "Enable Move / Keep Functionality" is turned on, I can uncheck "Remove from previous location(s)" when adding a user to a workpoint, but I have no such option when adding users to a flexi team. I have to ask a global Serraview admin to add the user to the flexi team via VBS.

Expand the location bar in the reports parameters, to show complete location title. The name should show fully if you hover the mouse over it.

Turn certain drawing layers on/off within Spaces viewer
Our client would like to have a layer that shows specific manufacturing/lab equipment but can be toggled on/off and is only accessible to certain user roles for security reasons. I can see this also being beneficial for IFM to toggle on/off certain fixtures and lighting, or even for space planners to toggle furnishings on/off.
