Create a Report to show Workplace Retention Notes
Request to create a report (Excel) to show Retention Notes from the Workplace or VBS modules. There is an existing report (Workpoints) that shows Comments added in VBS, but we are requesting to add the Retention Notes also.

View tags on block in the VBS
When tagging in VBS, you are unable to see the tags on the floorplan (you can see this on the stack). To view the floorplan with the tag, you have to access this through the spaces application. Can we put it on the VBS?

Add archived records for cancelled reservations to Report Builder for reporting capability
Would like to have reporting capabilities for cancelled reservations. We inquired and learned from SV that there are archived records for any reservations that were checked-in and then cancelled. The archived records are not currently added to Report Builder and there fore cannot be reported upon. We are requesting that these archived records be added to Report Builder to enable reporting capabilities. Would also like to suggest on existing reports that show a blank field under the Check-in column on the Desk Booking report, that instead of a blank field it defaults to show "Desk not Checked-in", This would help…

Ability to modify SSO token lifetime
Currently when passcode/faceid is enabled, the session is active for 2 hours before being prompted to re-authorize the connection.
For clients with Security related concerns, we should add the ability to modify the token lifetime so that it can be reduced from 2 hours.

Add scroll bar to Reservation Assist's type and equipment drop down lists
Add a scroll bar for the Type and Equipment drop down lists. The "Show Available Spaces" field at the bottom of the page has an equally sized white field above it. Unless the user knows this, they could easily misinterpret this to mean that the displayed list is complete rather than scroll down for more options.

Allow the user or organization to set the default view in the Spaces module.
Allow the user or organization to set the default view in the Spaces module. The scheduled update for the week of Sept. 6th will make it such that, by default, the spaces on a floorplan will load rolled up to Level 1 of the Space Hierarchy. I would like the ability to retain the option to load the spaces at their lowest level, the way the currently are.

Improve First Responders/ECO/First Aid Officer search results by proximity to the person running a search
The closest First Responders/ECO/First Aid Officer member (to the person running a search) is listed first in the search list. This would make it easier for people to contact an ECO member quickly, who is closest to an incident.

Modify Selectable Equipment in Reservation Assist
In the equipment section of 'Reservation Assist', all unique equipment/attributes show when these may not be applicable for the Users of Engage.
There should be a configuration option that allows you to select which attributes you wish to display in the Reservation Assist.

Book on Behalf of Enhancements
Additional features when booking on behalf of someone else:
- We would like the option for the reserver to receive a confirmation email.
- The reservee (Booked For individual) to see in their confirmation email who reserved the space.
- Provide Book on Behalf of without also providing the Reservations - Bypass concurrency limit secured action
- Allow staff that can "book on behalf of", to also "Cancel on behalf of".
- Allow staff that can book on behalf of to see the calendar of bookings they have made for other people, and bookings those people have made

Service Request Default Assignee Location Options
Currently, the Default People feature only allows for configuration at the Region level. The Location option needs to allow for lower level options - i.e. city, building, etc. In our instance, we have multiple planners per region and as a result cannot use this default feature. Service Requests are currently manually reviewed and assigned one by one. This is labor intensive and takes unnecessary time.

Enhancement: Add Retention Seats/Status in Spaces Module
Add an option to view seats with a RETENTION STATUS to Spaces->View Only -> Change Space Types View to UNOCCUPIED view.
Currently you can check Occupied or Unoccupied. The intent is to ensure data is visible so viewers don't assume all vacant desks are available.14 votes -
Centralized check-in in Engage
We would like to have the ability to enable a centralized check-in process. In addition to allowing users to check themselves in for a desk, it would be great if a receptionist or security could "check-in" reservations in Engage. This would help us enforce COVID safety protocols, as well as reservation procedures.

Adjustments to new Resources & Admin Settings Modules
In the proposed new structure of Serraview modules, some items are placed into categories that don’t seem to make sense. Below are my proposed changes to the structure:
Move “User Security” to Admin Settings > System Configuration. "User Security" is an action that is protected and given to a special role to ensure all users are approved before granting access.
Move Org Hierarchy, Space Types and Bulk Updates to Resources. These actions are commonly accessed by various roles for the work they perform and not as restricted.7 votes -
Clarity on "Area" metrics
Several standard reports include an "Area" metric but is unclear what that means. Some "Area" metrics are providing Gross SF and some Usable SF but continue to say "Area". Ask to retitle the column header to understand what type of space is being captured and provided in the reports.

Vector based graphics instead of raster based
Can the system be modified to use a vector based graphic for the background rather than the current raster based format? When zooming into the floor plan, or printing out the floor plan, the background pixelates extensively, especially on larger floor plate files. Because of the pixelation, we will need to rework quite a few of our CAD files to make them presentable to our client.
I've attached a couple of examples, vector based image from current CAFM system, and the same floor in Serraview.

Improvements to Calendar, Booking, Date/Time and Building/Floor controls
Several enhancements for a better user experience:

- Clearly show the "Now" button can be used to change the day and time you are making a reservation for
- Configure if the calendar is Mon-Sun or Sun-Mon
- Hide Weekends
- Improve the calendar display for meeting spaces
- Change days within a booking screen
- Consistency between Mobile and Web versions of engage for filter icons, search icons, search and filter configurations and other icons
- Display all calendar events syncronised with Microsoft Outlook

MFA Support
Certain businesses are required to follow regulatory guidelines regarding cybersecurity; one such guideline, New York Department of Financial Services Cybersecurity Regulations (23 NYCRR Part 500), requires that any platform hosting non-public data from covered entities (such as employee PII) must be protected by MFA. Most folks can handle this via their SSO configurations, but there are cases where that is not feasible. In those cases, the ability to deploy, at a minimum, a TOTP phone based authenticator token would be greatly appreciated.

Multiple SSO Identity Providers
For more complicated environments that have multiple directories which do not share trust, the ability to assign multiple distinct Identity Providers within the SSO configuration would be extremely helpful.
