Import blank values into data fields
Would love to be able to use the data import process to put "Blank" values into data fields.
Currently when doing data imports to Serraview, some fields are able to accept "Blank" values to be updated where other fields are not able to have "Blank" values imported.
There is no identifiable way to know which fields are able to accept "Blank" values with an import file. At least not identifiable to me. I had submitted a support ticket about this. Was told it was text fields that could be wiped out, but that is not always the case.

Vacant and Occupied totals to Legend
Add the number of Vacant and Occupied desk totals next to each to the Legend. This will quickly show the number of people that are in the office and a particular floor which is good for office management.

Add ability to measure area, not just linear, to the measurement tool
Like measurement tools in CAD products, it would be useful to be able to measure custom areas, not only linear, with the measurement tool. This could be a click and drag box, or better yet custom points which when you return to the starting point provides the area measurement within. This would be very useful for project planning for people without access or skills in CAD products.

Update on the close floors feature
With the new feature to open and close floors it would be preferable for those desks/floors to be greyed out instead of looking green and available. An error message does pop up when you try to book but it is small and states "Building" is closed instead of just the chosen floor. Could their be an option to personalise the comment per building and make it clearer with greyed out desks?

Report Custom Category
Allow the possibility to create new custom categories for reports;

Remember space type selection after updating space
When I am working in Spaces and I select the Space Type colors I want to see and uncheck the ones I do not, I make a change, such as changing the seat count by opening a room and making the change, after I Update Space by clicking the blue button all the space types have turned back on, not the way I left it when I checked the spaces I want to see.

change column width
The limited width of the Selector bar in Reporting means that the names of the space types are shortened. It would be useful to be able to change the width of the bar.
As well as hide the dashboard in VBS & Spaces, to allow for a larger screen view of the plan.

Have the different teams colored (like in VBS) so you could see who belongs to the team when assigning the seat.

Can the space names dynamically adjust to show the whole name similar to the way they display in "SPACES"?

Mannual upload historical badge data w/o interruption
Sometimes we need to upload the corrected or missing historical badge data for certain sites or buildings. It would be very helpful if we can upload data for a selected period of dates/time range in the history without interrupting or overriding other existing data.

Allow movement of space numbers on floor plans
We would like to be able to move the space numbers to not be centered on corridors as they may overlap with other space names/numbers and make it impossible to use them for wayfinding. We would like to be able to shift those numbers to where it may make more sense for users and admins to easily see labels in the correct places.

Insights Dashboard that provides a VBS style view showing block and stack with villages, neighbourhoods and teams, showing utilisation per floor.
Provides a way for space planners to easily identify utilisation across a whole floor, either on a specific day or over a period of time.

Reports for Different Views
In the Spaces module, reports are an option when you pull down the Space Types selection. However in any other view, the reports feature becomes gray and not applicable. Can these reports be made available in Spaces?

Export move service request data into a BOS to avoid re-entering the same data that was already captured in Service request
Clients place a large move into a service request and data was visible however there is not an easy way to transfer this Data the into into BOS. looking to add an export to BOS feature from service request.

Show Role Categories in Assigned Spaces
It would be ideal to be able to view employee's role category when you click on an assigned space, instead of having to go to "People"

user password
Provide confirmation on page once a new user creates a password and it is accepted and confirmation when password reset is changed. This would reduce the number of lock outs and reset confusion for users.
