  3. Currently booking report 345 will show the booked for as “team booking”, and not a persons name, so if there’s an internal requirement to report on who had a desk booked, difficult to do. Enhancement to reporting element, to report on attendee - if a person did not accept and select a desk, keep cell as Team booking. if a person accepts and selects the desk, cell to show persons name.

    Updates to reporting and report 345 are in development to include:

    • Booked on Behalf of details
    • Team booking details
    • Neighbourhood and Village names
    • Booking cancellation details and times
    • Check in and out times
    • First responder tags

  4. Make Space Attribute 'Image URL' Clickable. Our images are stored externally, having a clickable link to view would be much more convenient than copy/paste.

  5. When opting in or out of Engage visibility, it would be useful to choose if users can:
    - Hide or display my live status (SVLive)
    - Allow people in my team/org unit to see my details but hidden from users in other teams
    - Hide or display my email and contact details, photo and role
    - Hide or display my booking history (current, past and future)

  6. Using configurable colours, provide a way to mark sections of the floor background colour to reflect different zones, neighbourhoods or areas. This should include showing the name of the selected area.

    This could be used to show:
    - quiet zones
    - Busy zones
    - Specific neighbourhoods

  7. As an Engage Admin/Facilities Manager,
    I would like Engage users to be able to enter comments
    - When booking a desk or space
    - When cancelling a booking or space

    Comments can be used to explain why they're reserving/cancelling the booking (team meeting, working on a project, needs specific equipment, catering requests), So that management can better understand why employees are reserving certain seats.

  10. Serraview admins should be able to bulk cancel future bookings for desks or spaces space(s). This should include an automated message to users advising them of the cancelled booking.

    This is needed when a building or space needs to be closed down for whatever purpose; maintenance, pandemic issues, reclassification of the space, etc. Another reason, when bookings have been made using a social distancing situation, and now that restriction has been removed, all existing future socially distanced block bookings remain, but need to be removed.

    If the future bookings are not removed, they can throw off reporting numbers for management.…

  12. When creating a manual Snapshot, a message appears instantly saying "The snapshot was successfully created", but the snapshot will not actually be completed for some time afterward. It would be great if there was a progress bar indicating what stage of creation the Snapshot is at, similar to Scenario Plan.

  13. Quick Reports in Scenario Planner should include a report to output the selected neighbourhood's plan.
    should include:
    - If a team is selected, output the neighbourhood plan of that team
    - If a neighbourhood is selected, output the neighbourhood plan

  15. Our space types are set up in such a way their definitions are directly related to whether or not they should be bookable through the Engage reservation tool.

    Examples:
    Dedicated Spaces: NON-reservable
    Shared Spaces: Reservable
    Open Shared Spaces: NON-reservable (think touchdown stations to accommodate walk-ins)

    If someone changes a space type, the "reserving enabled" feature needs to be manually updated to reflect that space type. I would love an automation set in place for this.

    Also, as a part of this ask, a report to let the Admin know what spaces have been changed, and by whom. Not only does…

  16. Provide enhanced flexibility to booking rules to provide variable restrictions to bookings based on your team or the team allocations. This should include:
    - Provide a team priority to reserve, seats in a location (building, floor, hood) until a specified time (ie. a week before), then the reservations are open to everyone else not on the specified team.
    - Allocate spaces to only be bookable by specific teams on specific days ( E.G. Finance are allocated Monday, Wednesday & Friday, IT are allocated Tuesday & Thursday.)
    - Allow some teams to book in all spaces regardless of booking rules

  17. When looking for a desk have the ability to drill-down or view the workstation attributes such as Single monitor, Dual Monitor, docking station etc. The current 'Equipment' functionality is only a filter.

  18. As a Space Planner,
    I would like to modify colors for the Custom Field View in the Spaces module
    So that I can better differentiate the different values.

    Currently, the colors automatically chosen are too close to tell apart.

  19. As an Occupancy Planner,
    I would like the ability to make bulk updates to Neighborhood names via a Hood Import the same way I can bulk update Workpoint names and Team names via Workpoint and Team Imports respectively,
    So that I can better manage teams and hoods in my portfolio.
