Report - Neighbourhood summary
In the same way Serraview out of box reports have - Report #1 Building, Report #2 Floor, it would be great to have a report on Neighbourhood. an easy to use report that shows Column, building, Column floor, column neighbourhood column workpoint total, column people total. As a business engagement person, and a space planner it would be able to quicklly and easily assess neighbourhoods to identify quick opportunities.

Make Space Attribute 'Image URL' Clickable. Our images are stored externally, having a clickable link to view would be much more convenient than copy/paste.

Create a Report to show Workplace Retention Notes
Request to create a report (Excel) to show Retention Notes from the Workplace or VBS modules. There is an existing report (Workpoints) that shows Comments added in VBS, but we are requesting to add the Retention Notes also.

View tags on block in the VBS
When tagging in VBS, you are unable to see the tags on the floorplan (you can see this on the stack). To view the floorplan with the tag, you have to access this through the spaces application. Can we put it on the VBS?

Increase data limit for workpoint import
Increase the limit of rows in the workpoint import to allow us to easily bulk update information with an excel sheet. When a client has hundreds of buildings it is not easy to use the VBS or Scenario Planner to bulk update information. When I have 38,000 rows of data to import and I need to split that into 38 files according to the 1000 row limit on the help site, that is not a usable import

Engage - Dark Mode
Add option to display Engage maps and UI in Dark Mode (using black for negative space instead of white, saving power by requiring less of the users screen to be lit). Ideally, this should be a configuration option for individual users, but could be a global option set by user admins as well.

Enhanced Plotting/Printing from Space Viewer or Space mapping
Serraview's Space viewer and Space mapping modules are great tools to quickly visualize space with highlights and labels however, i've noticed that it's not great when Plotting/Printing out these view or hightlights.
Yes there are reports and quick reports that allow to print to PDF and physically print but, with limitations.
I manage space for some Large bldgs and when I want to plot to a large size of paper (ARCH D, E), there's currently not a good way to do this, in Serraview.
I've tried work arounds but the labels, legends, and space are either too small or too…5 votes -
Sort Favorite / Favourite Reports by Report Number
As a SV user,
I would like favorited (starred) reports to automatically be sorted by report number
So that I can more easily find the report I'm looking for.Currently, the reports are ordered chronologically, according to when you added the report to the favorites list. You have to click on the ID column to sort by number.

A name search in BOS to pull recent BOS moves the employee was included in.
As there will be multiple users making changes to seating of employees. I would like to see the ability to search the name and see recent BOS moves they were a part of and who created that BOS move. This will help understanding errors and how they occurred.

Currently i'm creating Covid seat buffers for many floors and when reviewing a hard copy floor plan to mirror from paper to the VBS. I keep losing my place on where I last made edits to a seat or an office. It would be helpful to have an indication dot or marker showing the last place an edit was made.

Better BOS Publishing Warning
A better warning pop up message to show that in case you are publishing unintended changes it will show for
example: "Warning you will be publishing there will be 100 unallocated workpoints, can you confirm this is correct?" This is to prevent user mistakes in case they did not intend to do this.

Sequence Number in Move Summary
Bring back the sequence number in the move summary! I.e. 1.001 to denote phase 1 move 1. The Move ID of a string of random numbers without any methodology makes it incredibly difficult to interpret and use

Building/Employee update via VBS
You used to be able to access both building details & employee details (via VBS) to update information. Now I have to open VBS, the "Assets" section & the "Admin" section in order to perform changes. This is very inconvenient. Any chance these functions can be reinstated?
