  2. Enable to search workpoins in VBS and it will highlight the searched numbers on a floorplan, and provide a box to view the selected space details and occupant.

    For eg. i have a list of desk numbers and am hoping to be able to view these desks from a spreadsheet in VBS on a floor plate

  4. Currently, there is no way to bulk add a BOS coordinator to multiple teams within a location.

    Please enhance the current Bulk Update tool in Teams, so allow bulk update of all administrator types as seen on a Team form

  5. When I need to search for an employee ID referenced in my own report, results appear as 'No results found'.

    I'd like to be able to know if this was an archived employee when searching and 'no results found' indicating this record did not exist. Not required to select archive employee, just show on the search results.

  6. As a MAC planner, I want to be able to click and drag someone to a Neighborhood, flexi team on the Move Desk Allocation (Floorplan) view to assign the destination location. Currently I have no labels or desk shading to tell me where flexi or Neighborhoods are on a floorplan and the click and drag function assigns a person to a desk.

  7. Report 46 is a great report detailing my team stacks against each building.

    1 - Can we rebuild this report in Insights?
    2 - Can we build a stack report per building? That is, a building on the Y axis, and total workpoints per org unit in the building on the stack bar?

  8. Currently, when renaming a floor, you are able to type as many characters as you like, but without any warning or error, it will only save the first 20 characters. This limitation does not apply to the Zone, which will have the completed floor name with no cap on characters.

    It would be appropriate to only allow 20 characters to be typed, or a warning to show when going above the threshold, so users do not have a floor with a half cut-off name without knowing.

  10. Ability to hide default security roles that the client does not need to see. This causes unnecessary clutter on the list.

  11. Give users the option to push the move ticket to an associated calendar (either a shared calendar for the whole organization, or a different calendar for each building). This would create a new meeting event on the related calendar with the relevant ticket information included in the meeting description. This would help clients communicate with the move team, as well as have a better understanding of how upcoming moves are currently scheduled. We should support Exchange and Gcal, just like with reservations.

  12. Move request form has a floorplan map where end users can select the space they’d like to move to
    Move calendaring – ability to set dates by locations where moves can take place (i.e. remove weekends, holidays, etc.)
    Auto-population of request form based on SSO – request form recognizes the end user logging in and pre-populates their name, space assigned, org

  13. Be able to customise the name for Workplace to another customer specific name such as Property Portal, Portal, etc. There are many platforms used by various departments called "Workplace" hence it causes confusion within the organisation.

  15. The booking window is currently in weeks, meaning if the window is 1 week, and it's Friday and you're looking at your plan for next week, you can only book as far as Thursday. I can't put in 1.1 weeks for example, so it would be helpful for the setting to be in days instead of weeks to be able to accommodate this.

  17. With the June 2025 update to the interface, the Navigation menu no longer stays minimized if you move over it with the cursor. The previous iteration did this, and the current iteration of the Spaces and VBS Toolbar stay minimized when they are selected to be minimized.

    Everytime my mouse moves over that area, it expands and shifts everything on the floorplan view which causes inconvenience when it happens.

    Please bring back the ability to keep the Navigation menu minimized when that is selected to be so.

  18. Limit the amount of booking staff can have when booked of behalf.
    - Similar to a normal bookings, 1 per day per person.
    - 1 booking via book on behalf functionality, per day.

    Currently when using the book on behalf feature, the limitation is only capped at how many desks a user have access too.
    e.g. I have access to 100 desk, I can book 100 desk to another staff member when and errors or issues.

  19. Provide a sustainability metric, i.e. energy cost savings and/or other relevant ESG metric, in dashboard for scenario planning, VBS, etc. to show impact when reduce footprint/adapt floor plans for peak utilization. This may be an opportunity for integration with Eptura Asset but not certain.

  20. Enable API-based check-in experience: We are developing an adaptive card-based check-in to streamline the workflow. Currently, the API does not support checking in on behalf of the user if the organizer is not a service account.
