Add a stronger warning note before allowing deletion
To prevent unintentional deletion of floors or zones in Building & Floors within Assets, can you please add a stronger warning note before allowing deletion to occur.
A zone was unintentionally deleted and the only warning was: "Are you sure you want to delete?" Deleting the zone resulted in a large amount of lost data, including locker, storage, and occupancy data.
Consider adding a warning like: "Deleting may result in significant data loss which may affect your locker, storage, and occupancy data - Are you sure you want to continue?"
This may result in a user reviewing their decision before…

Change the 'Back' icon to a 'Home' icon
Within the Maps/Wayfinder (reservation) view in Engage, the back button (top left) takes users back to the Concierge menu. In certain views, this doesn't match expectations - users might expect to go back to the floorplan view, and then have to navigate back to where they were.
This function could be more clear if the icon was replaced with a 'Home' icon, or something similar.

Automate Individual Adds/Moves from Service Request
As a Space Planner, I want employees submitting tickets for new starters or individual moves to be able to select the vacant seat that they'd like their person to move into and have the system automatically hold that seat for the new starter/employee who's moving so that I don't have a ton of manual work to do to service the request.

Floorplan Export to include manual mapping changes
Currently, using the Export Floorplan feature, enables us to export Serraview mapping including any manual space name or type changes since I imported the floorplan.
As we gain the enhancement of manual mapping back into V3, I want to be able to export manual space shape and new spaces into the AutoCad export.
This will allow me to ensure my next floorplan import update will include my current changes for accurate updates, as well as requiring less effort in updating the original file to match.

Edit Email Template - view to be full screen
Editing an email template on half the screen is not user friendly.
Email body contains a lot of text that needs to be edited.
The parameters on the right hand side are also unreadable if they are long.Please expand the email template into it's own tab or full page view for easier editing.

Ability to customise the output of a building selector
I have a very large and complex portfolio that spans over regions with three levels. Depending on my building use, I can have multiple regions based on locations across a parent.
For example, I have parents 'Australia' and 'New Zealand'. Within each of these parents I have a sub-region called 'CBD'. This produces results of
Australia - CBD - Building
New Zealand - CBD - BuildingThis makes it difficult when I search for a building as it will only show me the parent region 'CBD'.

Space Types Auto Selected
When you open the Spaces module you need to toggle on the Space Type hierarchy in order to see the blocked spaces on my floorplan.
Can the selected space hierarchy be retained when I reload the Spaces module

Custom color Move Data grid headings/tabs
In BOS, can we customize the coloring of BOS Move Data headings/tabs? This color coding will assist my users in distinguishing which tabs they are required to complete based on their role. E.G. Migration managers fill in all red headings, while Team Leaders fill in the details on green headings.
This will also reduce the risk of users access data they are not required to touch since Secured Actions and Restrictions have been removed in BOS.

Current Workaround: None. While HR records can have an associated image file, Asset and Space records cannot.

Ability to manage (add/remove) network switches easily
Currently, managing network switches can be challenging, especially removing switches since you need to have a list of all the switches and remove the switch from the list - the importer then treats the file as a source of truth. Whereas you can add a new switch without requiring the entire list of switches. Adding a 'add or remove' column would suffice.

Desk Booking for A Specific Day a Week
Some desks would be reserved for X colleagues only e.g. Wednesdays (permanent desks for them on Weds) and on Mon, Tue, Thu, and Fridays Y colleagues could book these same desks for space optimization. Important is that we would set this for the long term.
A group of people want to block seats so others cannot book those for Wednesdays.5 votes -
Service Request Summary Email Parameter
Add a Parameter to Service Request emails to include the summary entered when the Service Request is submitted. This way if someone has multiple Service Requests open they can tell which is which, based off the summary the originally entered. The parameter options available do not include a summary.

clear occupancy from people list
Add in the ability to clear a persons occupancy from the people directory menu. If I search a person and see they are in a location when they shouldn't be I'd like to have a "remove from location" button right there on their record so I don't have to go to the VBS and search for them again to remove them

Add / Remove Markers without the user having access to the Edit floor
To ADD / REMOVE MARKERS
This option is possible only when User has access to Edit floor icon.
We need to prevent edit floor, especially Overview, Attributes features.,,,
Is it possible to move Markers from Edit Floor to View floor, only? (one good example is TAGGING)

Turn certain drawing layers on/off within Spaces viewer
Our client would like to have a layer that shows specific manufacturing/lab equipment but can be toggled on/off and is only accessible to certain user roles for security reasons. I can see this also being beneficial for IFM to toggle on/off certain fixtures and lighting, or even for space planners to toggle furnishings on/off.

Remember space type selection after updating space
When I am working in Spaces and I select the Space Type colors I want to see and uncheck the ones I do not, I make a change, such as changing the seat count by opening a room and making the change, after I Update Space by clicking the blue button all the space types have turned back on, not the way I left it when I checked the spaces I want to see.
