leased area import in Sq Ft
currently leased area can only be imported as sq M but on the conversion from sq ft, the actual value is off by decimals. When these are contracted numbers that is a problem as they have to be exact. please allow us to import in sq ft to the leased area field

Merge + Move Neighborhoods
The ability to merge and move neighborhoods that hold teams from floor to floor or when on the same floor. The flexibility of this assists with large changes that occur from an end user perspective and makes more sense to adjust the existing scenario plan vs starting new.

View Workstation Attributes
When looking for a desk have the ability to drill-down or view the workstation attributes such as Single monitor, Dual Monitor, docking station etc. The current 'Equipment' functionality is only a filter.

Different Icons for Engage and Locator
Can we have different icons for Engage and Locator now that they both appear on the Serraview Navigation Bar. When in collapsed mode, they both have a magnifying glass icon. This would support end users.

Rename "Cost Center"
Can we please rename the field Serraview calls "Cost Center" to be "Org Unit Number"?
For many companies this number is not their real cost center. It creates confusion between this number and the real cost center.

User security - no description on icons when you hover
The icons up the top have no description when you hover over them. You wouldn’t automatically associate the icon with the actions inside.

Request using International Standard Time Zone abbreviations for Reports
Request using International Standard Time Zone abbreviations (EST, MST, PST, etc)., for any Reports that include Start Time Zone and End Time Zone, instead of using a city that resides within the time zone, but isn't necessarily a valid location for the organization. For example, using EST (for Eastern Standard Time) instead of America/Toronto (per attached).

Automatic workpoint allocation at hood level
In VBS there in many instances we allocate work points at a hood level, and the hood has a number of sub-teams below. This is because there are multiple validators for the sub-teams and we like to be able to see this level of detail in the VBS. For this reason, work points currently need to be manually allocated to the sub-teams below a hood which can be tedious. Vector based graphics instead of raster based
Can the system be modified to use a vector based graphic for the background rather than the current raster based format? When zooming into the floor plan, or printing out the floor plan, the background pixelates extensively, especially on larger floor plate files. Because of the pixelation, we will need to rework quite a few of our CAD files to make them presentable to our client.
I've attached a couple of examples, vector based image from current CAFM system, and the same floor in Serraview.

BOS Sort and Filter
As a Move Manager,
I would like better sort and filter options in the BOS UI
So that I can more easily get to the information I need to access.Currently, you can only sort based on the occupant name. It would be nice to be able to sort by to/from location, Workstation type, and/or other details.
The filter options in BOS show data from the entire portfolio, rather than data specific to the particular move project a user is in. It would be helpful if the filters for Team, From Floors, and To Floors display/allow you to select only…

Neighborhoods need to include reservable as well as assigned seats.
Neighborhoods need to be able to include both flex seats as well as permanently, individually assigned seats. Ratios are determined by a combination of both types of workers, and it is unreasonable to segregate people by workstyle within a given space - that is not how work gets done,

Toggle new Workplace access emails between automatic and manual
There are some emails in Workplace or when giving people new access that get sent out automatically. It would be great to be able to toggle these emails to be sent manually instead, as people are often given access before they've received training so they have to be told to ignore the emails until after the training sessions.

Insights Idle Time to be Extended
Current Insights idle time is much less than SV (15 min); this creates a challenge when you're running reports or analyzing multiple sources of data, then Insights logs you off, only to have to start over again with your filters, etc.

Org Unit Hierarchy to include Cost Centre column
In the new 3.0 Org Unit Hierarchy, it would be great to have the Cost Centre information in its own column and searchable instead of needing to select individual Org Units to view CCs. Previously in v2, it would display in brackets next to the Org Unit Name.

Sensor Integration/Support - 4G Utilisation Source
Some companies have a huge percentage of consultants or employees who would be using 4g in the workplace of varying degrees due to workplace policies. A gap exists where clients are not able to capture and accurately report on utilisation holistically to understand how people are working and where. Apart from wired and wifi, can 4G be added as an alternative utilisation source?

Split team tool only allows the user to split by %, not whole numbers
In scenario planning, the split team tool requires users to define the distribution of seats by a %. Users should be able to define this difference by whole numbers as well. For example, if I'm splitting a team of 150, and I want a group of 12, that would be 7.9% (which is something I'd have to calculate). Instead the user should be able to type in 12 to set one piece at a size of 12, and the other side size is set automatically at 150-12= 138.

Pline visibility
Currently when you double click on a space to edit it' data, the space itself doesn't highlight its boundaries. So in the case, where a floorplan has multiple spaces with same space-types (same color), you are not able visually see, which space you are editing. A simple visual display of the shape's boundary would resolve this issue.

Assign Secured actions to Users without assigning them to a Secured Role
And admin should be able to assign a single secured action to a user without having to assign a complete role. Many times you need a person to have exactly the same access as an existing user with the need for that user to have one more secured action or one less.
In these cases I've had to create a role with one secured action in it. This has happened multiple times which means the list of roles increases to the point of massive confusion. It would be far easier to have a few standard roles, and the ability to…
