  6. Our teams have indicated that the black pointer gets lost on the floor plan and suggest making it more distinct by changing its colour to red or orange.

  7. In the previous version we could "Synchonize the Administrators file" which made any changes to Users access immediate (now under the Workplace Admin screen).
    Nowadays it takes hours - usually overnight for any changes to come into effect. We have our EA's update Serraview and when they report an access issue they are "in the mode" to update Serraview, but now they have to wait overnight and may not have the same enthusiasm, or time, the following morning. Ultimately the delay affects our Serraview accuracy so a button or a link to enable us to force these changes through would…

  8. The automation of this feature is causing a single user to receive multiple invite messages each time an added adjustment is made to their access. Since we have to assign them to one group at a time in some cases, this is not ideal. There should be an option to at least group as one message, or decide if an e-mail needs to be sent or not. Especially for existing users that are just being adjusted.

  9. Currently the selection boxes are only helpful if you are deleting org units which is not common, if the function is there to select multiple items why are we not able to re allocate them as well? In addition to re allocating org units is it possible to use the selection boxes next to each org unit to update the org units in bulk, this means that if there are multiple org units that need to be moved to the same parent org unit we can select them all and move them at the same time?

  10. In previous version it was possible to add non-database employees in VBS - work point card. Since the uploads have usually 2-4 weeks delay (or more) this is very useful for correct reporting. I know its possible to add them by Admin-People Directory-Add Person, but we dont want this role for Workplace update users.

  11. Have the ability to configure SVLive to run with SNMP v2 and v3 in the same portfolio configuration. This is useful when some sites are using different SNMP versions or to minimize disruption when IT decides to upgrade switch configuration one at a time.

  12. When removing a person from a Team as a Workplace Administrator, system should send an email alerting admin they've been removed from list of teams at respective locations. This would work concurrently to adding admins to teams for them to receive notification of changes.

    OR even better, a workplace admin change email that tells the admin teams they've been added and/or removed from.

  13. Condense display of on the screen in tables across the system. With the limited screen real estate of my laptop, I'm needing to adjust the zoom level of my browser just to see more info.

  17. Ability to toggle on/off a move mode within the Workplace Portal (e.g. when move mode is on and an employee is moved via drag and drop, system creates a move request ticket which flows through for an admin to action)

  18. We would like the ability to create Service Request email templates.

    At the moment Users cannot create Service Request email templates.

  20. In the People Directory, have the search functionality across all categories (including employee number, system logon, first name, last name, job title, email).
    There are limitations in searching when in particular the employee number and system logon are different (as currently it is only searching Employee Number) which can lead to false search results without knowing any other detail.
    Recommend making all the categories available to be searched.
