Create Waitlist Functionality
When you have a shortage of lockers, often people need to be placed on a waitlist. This is currently managed in SV2.0 by custom fields/custom reports. I would like to be able to manage this within SLP, an dbe able to see # of people on waitlist vs: # of free lockers, or be alerted when a locker is released and I have someone on the waitlist for that location.

Auto-archive of implemented BOS
Once BOS has been implemented, it should automatically archive. At the moment, the BOS file remains active and we need to manually archive the file, when it really should be archived.

Make Retention Status highlight a brighter yellow and more noticeable in VBS
The highlight which appears in VBS for spaces with a Retention Status is not noticeable. Please make the highlight color bright yellow and bigger See attachment.

Reports tab organization
Make it easier to search and sort reports by:
- Better category and labels for reports
- Consistency in the naming of reports, so that it identifies which data is included in a report
- Hide reports with no data because the respective module isn't in use (like Serraview Live reports)13 votes -

Reminder regarding upcoming Desk Booking
In busy sites, individuals are making desk bookings many weeks in advance, limiting availability for others planning closer to the day. Once check-in closes, a significant number of desks are released. It would be valuable to have a reminder 48 hours prior to the booking for people to confirm their planned use of the desk, or to release it for others. This would reduce the number of on-the-day cancellations, and enable other to book a desk ahead of attending site.

Service Request View for Default Users
Default users have access to Service Requests so they can submit requests; however, the provides them the option to see ALL submitted requests. We need an option to customize permissions for default users so they can only see requests they have submitted, as confidential information may be included in these requests. Even if not confidential, default users should not have access to move requests for an entire company.

Floorplan Export Text in Space Type and Name Layers
As a user in charge of mapping,
I would like to export floorplans in a format that allows me to re-import them to Serraview without having to make additional changes.
This includes text for space types and space names being confined to stay within the corresponding polylines.Currently, exporting floorplans results in larger text that overlaps polyline boundaries, and, as such, prevents the file from being imported until the text is manually adjusted. Please see the attached example.

Option to Disable Automatic Emails
As a System Administrator
I would like the ability to turn on/off automated Service Request emails

Allow view only mode for Published scenario
After publishing my scenario, I want to cross check it with live VBS or have another team member see the published moves.
However, when I publish my scenario, all the buttons are greyed out.
Please enable published scenarios to be in a 'View Only' mode once published.

Open Team Form from Team Panel in VBS
As a VBS user, if I have many, many teams on a single floor and they're all in neighbourhoods, trying to open the team form can be difficult. Currently there are three ways to access it:
1. Group By 'Team Level', then double-click a team stack in the stack bar. This is tough when the team stacks are small.
2. Double-click the team blocking on the floor. This is not possible if the teams are flexi and assigned to neighbourhoods.
3. Double-click the team in the Legend panel on the bottom-right hand side of the page. This is time-intensive and…12 votes -
Add the option to view Workplace allocation by Org Unit levels
Currently Workplace will show allocations by Teams.
I have a large number of teams on each floor, created based on my occupant. As a result, I have teams with only a handful of occupants, sometimes only 1 person.
I would like the option to view my occupants at an org unit level so I do not have to go into each individual team to validate.
If it's by org unit level, much like the grouping in VBS, I can review all occupants and click 'Validate' only once for all. This will make validation smooth and easier for my workplace administrators.

VBS Space Name / Preferred Name / Space Alias
It appears that the visual of Space Names in VBS is limited to about 12 characters.
Can we please expand this? It seems like an arbitrary cap, and makes it such that many Space Names are not properly visible and I need to click into the space to get the info I need. Would be much easier to be able to see everything on the map without needed to click in.

Measure WiFi utilization of spaces
Have the ability to capture the utilization of spaces for users who are connected to Wi-Fi.
For example: If the user's triangulation has them located on a bench or collaboration space, capture the user's details including the time spent at the space.
This will become very useful as we move into the new norm post-COVID-19, where employees will come back to the office to collaborate rather than use desks/workpoints.

Retention Function for Flexi Teams
As a Workplace Administrator, I want to be able to add retention statuses such as New Starter or Contractor to my Flexi teams so my occupancy data is correctly represented for CRE to allocate our space. Retention Statuses are very effective for retaining space for Fixed teams, however a similar function is not available for Flexi teams.

Booking report 345 to update "team Booking" to attendees name if they accept team reservation and select desk.
Currently booking report 345 will show the booked for as “team booking”, and not a persons name, so if there’s an internal requirement to report on who had a desk booked, difficult to do. Enhancement to reporting element, to report on attendee - if a person did not accept and select a desk, keep cell as Team booking. if a person accepts and selects the desk, cell to show persons name.

- Booked on Behalf of details
- Team booking details
- Neighbourhood and Village names
- Booking cancellation details and times
- Check in and out times
- First responder tags

Add archived records for cancelled reservations to Report Builder for reporting capability
Would like to have reporting capabilities for cancelled reservations. We inquired and learned from SV that there are archived records for any reservations that were checked-in and then cancelled. The archived records are not currently added to Report Builder and there fore cannot be reported upon. We are requesting that these archived records be added to Report Builder to enable reporting capabilities. Would also like to suggest on existing reports that show a blank field under the Check-in column on the Desk Booking report, that instead of a blank field it defaults to show "Desk not Checked-in", This would help…

Booking Reservation Workflows and Approvals
We would like to have the ability to send reservation notifications for nominated desks/spaces to the applicable space "owners." That way they can review the requests in real time

Engage: First Responder Icons and locations on map
When looking up first responders on a floor, instead of having to scroll through each responder to identify their location, it would be excellent if icons were loaded when enabling a responder type on the floor plan. This would save time trying to find who is the closest person to an incident and provides those who are responsible an easy visual to see potential areas where responder coverage is needed.
