Serraview on iPad
Can we have Serraview on the iPad version? Since our Move Team is using iPad a lot. That would be a big help if we could edit Serraview on the iPad.

Serraview Managed Configurations - User Visibility
For the system parameters/configuration that Serraview manage on behalf of a customer, can visibility be provided as to how these parameters are configured within the Configurations module? It is challenging to see/understand these settings without reaching to Serraview -- these fields can be non-editable but visibility would be extremely helpful.

Document Library - File Size limit increase
There have been times I am trying to share documents with Support or with my internal team, using the document library. Some files include large detailed excel documents and CAD files - floorplans. The document library is default limited to 100MB. It would be good to have this permanently increased, to give us flexibility in storing and sharing files as needed.

Merge + Move Neighborhoods
The ability to merge and move neighborhoods that hold teams from floor to floor or when on the same floor. The flexibility of this assists with large changes that occur from an end user perspective and makes more sense to adjust the existing scenario plan vs starting new.

Toggle on/off Team Highlighting on VBS Floorplan
As a Space Planner,
I would like to toggle off team highlights for the blocked floorplans,
So that I can better differentiate team allocation on the floorplan even when I have a team selected.This new functionality (link below) makes it harder to see the different team colors, and it's too troublesome to have multiple windows open or download floorplan block reports to make these team comparisons.

Report - Neighbourhood summary
In the same way Serraview out of box reports have - Report #1 Building, Report #2 Floor, it would be great to have a report on Neighbourhood. an easy to use report that shows Column, building, Column floor, column neighbourhood column workpoint total, column people total. As a business engagement person, and a space planner it would be able to quicklly and easily assess neighbourhoods to identify quick opportunities.

Target Ratios Greater Than 9.99
Allow Target Ratios over 9.99 (which seems to be the hard limit right now). In today's style of working, with fewer people coming into the office on average, we're in need to set the ratios much higher than we did in the past!

Service Request Multi-Select records (bulk update) to add same Comments or close multiple Service Request at the same time
Similar to the multi-select function in BOS, have the ability to select multiple records and take actions at once

Spaces Module - Make Image URL clickable
Make Space Attribute 'Image URL' Clickable. Our images are stored externally, having a clickable link to view would be much more convenient than copy/paste.

"Undo" Ctrl+Z Button
Have the ability to undo any action that has been taken including deleting a team, accidently painting a team, or placing an occupant in a space.

Add square feet (SF) to the output of report 324.
All defined spaces have a SF value. When clicking on a space within a floorplan it will display information AND the SF value. Was very surprised the report didn't allow you to pull in SF information. The report just provides building, floor and room number.

Document Library - Archive Function
It would be nice to be able to toggle document name entries as active or archived. Lease documents need to be held beyond their expiration date for audit reasons. It would be nice to see the active library on the home page and have a secondary place for archived documents
The current setup requires you either store everything together (messy) or store your old site documents someplace else.
It would be nice to have everything in one place

Serraview Outage/Maintenance announcements
Enhancement request to Notify users before any software updates or place a warning banner to alert users at least a week before updates, and provide published notifications on outages.

In the VBS with the new Space Details and the Person Details cards it would be great and extremely beneficial to be able to bring in other attributes about a person into the Person Details cards eg user ID and phone number to save going onto another system/browser

Scenario Planner Quick Report for Neighbourhood
Quick Reports in Scenario Planner should include a report to output the selected neighbourhood's plan.

Show Last Activity in Wireup
When using the wireup module, switchports that have been active, but the desk the port is associated to hasn't been wired-up, we can't see the desk where the persons activity occurred. Because the SVlive reports available don't contain all the details we need to identify these desks, and our portfolio is very large, it would be significantly easier if we could generate a quick report from the wireup module that showed us the details that show in the panel. We know we can and should wireup all desks at all sites, but with limited people with large work loads this…

As an Insights user without Insights Editor or Direct Connect access,
I would like to be able to run complex queries without the browser running out of memory,
