Ability to 'Check In' directly from the concierge page
Currently the check-in feature is not obvious and requires the user to navigate into the My Bookings to check in.
It would be great if it was made more obvious to the user that they could check in by perhaps adding a banner on the concierge menu prompting them to Check In Now. If they could check in directly from that page without being redirected to the My Bookings would be ideal.
This would reduce clicks and make the check-in process more seamless and user friendly.

Sequence Number in Move Summary
Bring back the sequence number in the move summary! I.e. 1.001 to denote phase 1 move 1. The Move ID of a string of random numbers without any methodology makes it incredibly difficult to interpret and use

More Information When Searching People in Workplace Admin
When searching for a person to add as a Workplace Administrator to a team in 3.0, the search function doesn't provide much clarity on details of a person and two people with the same name may be indistinguishable.
When searching for people in v2.6 there was Job Title and Org Unit provided and an additional pop-up information card that was displayed when hovering a person, the addition of something along these lines would be very helpful in searching and selecting intended people.

Limit Floor Capacity
As an administrator, I would like to be able to set a floor capacity for the maximum number of desk bookings per floor that will be accepted by Engage. Once this floor capacity has been reached. No additional new bookings will be accepted for this floor.
Further enhancement:
- Notify administrators when floor capacity is reached (or a threshold will be reached) to then release an additional floor for booking
- Wait list for staff who wish to book on a floor that is at capacity, to then be notified when a new floor is releasedThis will allow me…

Automatically passthrough the SSO authentication to the My Profile site
Currently when you navigate to the My Profile tile from the Engage app, you are required to re-authenticate your credentials to access the page.
The user experience is greatly impacted as it is not seamless.
The app should carry through the users SSO authentication when accessing the My Profile page.

Real Time Threshold Notifications
With insights now pushing threshold notification emails / Alerts there is a lot of requests for notifications when a floor goes over a threshold in 'near' real-time. Current architecture allows for these alerts but generally overnight or delayed. The New world post covid means businesses are setting % Utilisation Thresholds for social distancing rules and return to work plans.
I think SVLive data is the best option for companies to do this and if we can access not just in Locator / Engage but also that Utilisation being to high on a floor to inform the admins to stop taking…

Create link between spaces and their storage/assets
It would be useful to be able to navigate around a floorplan, find storage or locker bays etc, click into them and be able to see their storage/locker/asset information. This could be done with an additional tab on the space form for space types that can have storage.
It would be great if you could then have a link within that tab to open Storage, Lockers or Parking and view the asset. It would also be great if, from within SLP, you could do the inverse and easily get to the asset on a floorplan.

Ability to import Wireless Access Points
Currently, adding WAPs into the system is a manual task and requires the user to map the access point and then manually enter the name and BSSID.
This can be time consuming and is not scalable when clients have hundreds or thousands of WAPs.
Even if we could import the WAPs to a specific floor to allow us to then move their location on the floorplan would be great.

Booking Rule Enhancements - "all-day" and "specific time" Durations Lengths and Check in times
As a system administrator I want to control which spaces can be booked as 'all-day' settings and others by 'specific time'. This supports spaces with shift work, varying styles of work and bookings and large floors with a variety of team and space requirements.
Examples:
- Select some desks/spaces to be booked as "All-Day" and other to be "Specific Time"
- Custom Label specific time bookings "Morning", "Afternoon", "Evening"
- Preset start times for all day bookings differently between different desks
- Pre-Defined Time Slot Bookings "9am-12pm, 12pm-3pm"

Pline visibility
Currently when you double click on a space to edit it' data, the space itself doesn't highlight its boundaries. So in the case, where a floorplan has multiple spaces with same space-types (same color), you are not able visually see, which space you are editing. A simple visual display of the shape's boundary would resolve this issue.

Is it possible on the below screen shot attachment to add a column so we can see who the requester is? It would save a lot of time if this was easily viewable rather then viewing each one individually – I know we can use the search function but I feel adjusting the below is better.

Floorplan Export to include manual mapping changes
Currently, using the Export Floorplan feature, enables us to export Serraview mapping including any manual space name or type changes since I imported the floorplan.
As we gain the enhancement of manual mapping back into V3, I want to be able to export manual space shape and new spaces into the AutoCad export.
This will allow me to ensure my next floorplan import update will include my current changes for accurate updates, as well as requiring less effort in updating the original file to match.

Edit Email Template - view to be full screen
Editing an email template on half the screen is not user friendly.
Email body contains a lot of text that needs to be edited.
The parameters on the right hand side are also unreadable if they are long.Please expand the email template into it's own tab or full page view for easier editing.

Block and stack based on information apart from organisation structure
At unimelb, each user belongs to a research group. The property team allocates desks on the floor by research group for each of the users. However, the research group is not part of current organization structure.
As a result, unimelb needs the ability to block & stack and report by research group.
What is therefore required is the ability to leverage research group stored against staff and block floors accordingly.
Eg: User A belongs to ‘Physics R&D’ research group. User A has org unit ‘MSE’ and ‘10001’ as cost centre.

At this time, only desk bookings are available in the VBS.
