Space Viewer functionality - the ability to view multiple floors
When viewing a floor plan in Space Viewer we would like the ability to view multiple floors. (Similar to Archibus)

VBS Space Name / Preferred Name / Space Alias
It appears that the visual of Space Names in VBS is limited to about 12 characters.
Can we please expand this? It seems like an arbitrary cap, and makes it such that many Space Names are not properly visible and I need to click into the space to get the info I need. Would be much easier to be able to see everything on the map without needed to click in.

Bulk update building and floor details
As a System Admin, I am required to bulk update config fields within the 'Settings' and 'Details' section of the Building & Floors form.
It is most important that I can bulk update the 'Settings' when I want to show the building or floor in Wayfinding (Engage or Locator), VBS, Workplace etc.. This can be a time consuming activity if I have to individually update these settings one at a time.

Asset release automatically
Once asset is released in BOS you have to go and finish the process manually in the locker tab. Automatic release of an asset connected to BOS would be perfect.

Floorplan Export in Spaces or VBS
Ability to export floorplan directly from a Space Viewer or VBS. Currently the floorplan can be exported only via buildings in.

Moving hoods in scenario's
Enable hoods to be able to be moved between floors and buildings
We are using the hood function extensively but it is a real pain not to be able to move hoods around when we are doing our planning.

Create BOS from Scenario Plan
As a Space Planner I'd like to be able to populate a BOS project based on an existing Scenario Plan:
Ability to create a BOS plan off the back of a Scenario plan.
Feature trigger yet to be determined, will either be:
- via Scenario & push to BOS or
- via BOS & pull from Scenario.

Ability to customise the output of a building selector
I have a very large and complex portfolio that spans over regions with three levels. Depending on my building use, I can have multiple regions based on locations across a parent.
For example, I have parents 'Australia' and 'New Zealand'. Within each of these parents I have a sub-region called 'CBD'. This produces results of
Australia - CBD - Building
New Zealand - CBD - BuildingThis makes it difficult when I search for a building as it will only show me the parent region 'CBD'.
Can we build a configurable selector that will display the regions in the order…

Improve Overall Search Functions - People, Spaces, Configurations, Buildings
It'd be great to improve search functions in the following areas:
When searching for a building in Buildings & Floors or in the Parameters section of Analytics, it'd be great if we could search by Short Name. Not everyone knows the formal/legal names of our buildings, but everyone knows the colloquial names we assign under the Short Name field.
The search function in Space Viewer isn't robust enough to search for people who have more than one word for their First Name. It seems that as soon as I press the space bar after the first grouping of characters, whatever…

Condense Rows in Buildings & Floors, People Director, etc.
Condense display of on the screen in tables across the system. With the limited screen real estate of my laptop, I'm needing to adjust the zoom level of my browser just to see more info.

Space Types Auto Selected
When you open the Spaces module you need to toggle on the Space Type hierarchy in order to see the blocked spaces on my floorplan.
Can the selected space hierarchy be retained when I reload the Spaces module

Import into Scenario Planner
Ability to import data to a Scenario Planner project via an import. Would like to use a Workpoint Import or Occupancy Import to quickly update space in a scenario plan in bulk. This may be used to update employee locations, tags, etc. that exist in excel in order to show an end state.

Scenario BOS planning - Type into the screen, like an excell
When you are in Scenerio Planning BOS - IT would be great to click into the cell directly on the computer screen vs the click to enter information on the side.
