  1. In the legacy versions of Eptura Asset, including Classic, there was a Log Module, which allowed end users to update/edit log entries in a timely manner and in one location. Currently logs can be updated in several areas in Eptura Asset, and logs/meters are stored within the Asset Details. For example, logs/meters can be updated on a Work Order and on an Inspection. However, if Logs/Meters need to be updated, this would need to be done manually in the Asset Details.   2. Currently, the number of contact fields available in the Vendor Module is inadequate. Legacy versions of Eptura Asset, such as Classic, permitted additional fields. For example, client may have several contacts for the same Vendor. Additionally, there needs to be multiple phone number fields - one field for the Vendor's corporate number and additional fields for the client's cell number. This request is repeated frequently by many clients.

  3. The text in the browser tab title remains English after changing language preference to Francais. In the below image, you can see that the Asset page text is in French, but the tab title is in English.

  4. Currently, can add the User and Sites; however, CANNOT add security roles. Extremely time consuming to add security role on all Sites for Enterprise clients. API development requested.

  5. Under the Work Order Management module there is options to add columns for customized views. Currently we cannot add a column for the Requesters (Name of requester) only request # however I still have to go back each time and check who requested it if I need more information. This helps us filter Work order by requesters

  6. We should be able to print from the parts screen instead of having to go back to the parts list and finding our part, checking the box, hit the three dots, choose print, pick which printer, hit print. if you sit at the computer all day and have nothing to do then yeah the extra 6 steps are nice. However, some of us think the program should make our lives and workload easier, crazy I know.

  8. When establishing a new warehouse, the "Warehouse Manager" drop down lists the employee ID. It would be helpful to have the employee's name here. Additionally, if we could begin typing to limit the drop down it would speed things up.

  9. Have a Work Request Completed Date in open API. Right now the completed date is derived from a Work Order completed date. However if a Request is cancelled/completed without a WO, we have no way to indicate that it's cancelled.

  10. Add notes as an option on column chooser for reports. I cant pull the notes from the work orders. My maint team uses notes to put down what they completed.

  11. Add ability to add multiple parts at once. Example: List required columns the same as an inventory view page and fill them in to add batches of inventory.

  13. Brooklyn Public Library currently stores Safety Data Sheets (SDS) in a separate system and is looking to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve accessibility by housing these documents directly within Eptura Asset. Given the operational nature of SDS documentation, they believe these records are best maintained within their facilities and maintenance platform.
    At this time, SDS documents are not associated with specific assets, but rather with locations across their buildings. As such, the library is seeking the ability to store and organize documents at a location level, without requiring asset linkage.

  14. It is critical to be able to count all spare parts in our store room. Not being able to count components has us counting them off line. We must do this to stay in compliance with our policies and procedures. Otherwise we must do a 100% inventory at year end. We need to be able to add components to cycle counts in order to count the entirety of inventory. This also throws off your KPI's because it is misrepresenting counting your inventory at 100%... Components are part of inventory!

  15. It would be nice to be able to bulk apply the permission CAN BE ASSIGNED FOR WORK checkbox to multiple vendors over having to do it one by one.

    Use Case: If a customer has a large number of vendors in the system and they want that vendor to be searchable when applying them to work orders, the checkbox CAN BE ASSIGNED FOR WORK needs to be checked off in the vendor record details.

    It would be highly valuable to enable bulk updates for the “Can Be Assigned for Work” checkbox across multiple vendor records, rather than requiring manual updates…

  16. A large enterprise client is requesting the ability to print multiple work orders with attachments in mass. Currently, Eptura has the ability to print multiple work orders from the list view. We understand the BI Tool does not have access to the attachment file. Is it possible to add the ability to then print attachments in mass as a separate step?

  18. From the WO list view, clients currently have the ability to print multiple WO's. However, they do not have the ability to print multiple WO's with attachments. In the legacy version of ManagerPlus, there was an option to "print selected with attachments". Currently, if clients want to print attachments with their work orders, they have to go into the WO details, print the WO, and then print the attachments separately.

  19. Enable users to select a preferred language that fully translates all system elements—including standard fields, free-text inputs, inspection templates, preventive maintenance records, and related workflows—into the user’s language of choice. At present, there is no mechanism to support comprehensive, end‑to‑end language translation across the platform. This limitation significantly impacts global organizations, creating inefficiencies and friction in day‑to‑day operations and limiting their ability to operate seamlessly across regions both in desktop and mobile views.

  20. Horizontal Scrollbar is missing in the list of records which should actually be a fundamental feature. As without horizonal / bottom scrollbar, it restricts the navigation between records and columns.
